I think if Ultron had been invented by Pym instead of Stark, his personality would've been different. I don't think he would've probably behaved in the same way for a start, but maybe sounded more cold and emotionless.

Imagine though if Ultron had been invented by Reed Richards, if Marvel had the FF. If he had Reed's super intelligence.

Maybe Marvel will make Reed create HERBIE who will turn into a killer bot like Ultron.

We could get Avengers: Age of HERBIE.
