How the hell can someone claim to know so many differences in manufacturing of the suit, based on one official and few low-quality pictures he saw, is something I'll never be able to grasp.

By observation. How the hell can someone claim to know so many differences in manufacturing of the suit, based on one official and few low-quality pictures he saw, is something I'll never be able to grasp.
You do know that the suit is going to look quite different than what we have seen in set pics that were either taken with a camera phone or a pos digital camera, right?Yeah, it seems like they might have changed techniques, and I don't know why - the MOS version, if it IS a different technique, looked better. The new suit's muscles really do look more "painted on". I'm not sure why they possibly fixed what wasn't broken.
That's neither here nor there... some spy pics from MoS presented a reasonably accurate depiction of the on screen version. You do know that the suit is going to look quite different than what we have seen in set pics that were either taken with a camera phone or a pos digital camera, right?

Of the points made only the the brighter blue bodysuit and disuse of a chrome undersuit (the legs most noticeably, as seen in some of the earliest spy pics, still appear to show that sheen) seem open to reasonable debate.
None of those things you're saying came from Wilkinson, so I'd wait to give those things as afirmations with few details of the new suit published.

The techniques and construction on the BvS suit are considerably different from the MOS suit. On the surface, it might look the same, but its not.
Here's all the differences I spotted:
1) The first difference lies with the muscle suit. Now, for MOS, they used that metallic musicle suit (with muscles airbrushed and molded after Henry's actual musculature), with a blue "mail" oversuit, which allowed the musculature to show through, and gave it an extra metallic sheen, as well as an overall more solid look and feel
For Batman v Superman, they've gone with traditional muscle padding, doing away with the metallic undersuit, and used airbrushing for the muscle effect. Though, at the same time, maintaining the solid look the previous suit had.
As far as the reasoning behind them, the color changes and switch from the metallic undersuit probably stems from the occasional color issues seen in MOS. In addition, the switch from the metallic muscle suit and separate gauntlet/waist pieces were likely to increase the flexibility and movement of the suit, as well to make the suit more comfortable more comfortable for Henry, who wore a total of 3 layers with the previous (counter skin suit underneath the muscle suit).
That looks amazing! My MoS suit is on its way!

Such beauty still.
The ONLY peeve I have with the new suit is the square "buckle"..I prefer the circle, it looked more organic and in line with the overall design of the suit.
