Here's another that demonstrates even more wrapping.

And there's still even more room for further wrapping.
Oh dear, his nose looks like a shovel in this shot.

Stupid is as stupid does, Mr. Lando.JAK making stupid statements? Who'da thunk.
Yes, it is a very "beaky" design. It was a mistake to sculpt the nostrils, I think. Better just to have the nose formed by sloping angles from the eyes and cheeks, much as the B89 costume did.Oh dear, his nose looks like a shovel in this shot.
I don't see a need for a wrap-around cape whatsoever. It isn't as integral to the Batman character as many people here seem to think.
I have to say the mesh under the plating of the TDK costume is one aspect I do really like. If only it didn't have all those random puzzle armor pieces it'd be far better.
Keep the material but the armor plating needs more streamlining. That's the most we can probably hope for in a new suit (if there is one).
i have to disagree, i know this for a FACT that the cape did hang over the shoulders in one time with TDK suit, at the final scene where Dent take the gordons into hostage. But the angle and lighting which was preety dark made it hardly noticeable. Can anybody capture the final scene where Bats talk to Two-Face?JAK®;20782425 said:But his cape needs to hang over the shoulders at least some of the time. It's a big part of his look. It was completely absent in TDK.
Whats the possiblity of Batman needing a robot to defeat Bane? I do not see Batman taking the venom. However, because of Wayne Tech, I could see Fox building a robot that he fits into just like from the Alien movie. If Nolan decided to do that, wonder what it would look like?

You almost had me convinced there, but then you had to go and bring aesthetics into the equation... and off came the bag :shivers:The TDK suit is innovative. First of its kind, completely unique in design and function. The first batsuit to incorporate a defense system, actual lenses, armor AND a type of fabric.
It's a beauty.

I am and have always been convinced that they couldve made a suit from the same materials as TDK allowing mobility, but still looking awesome and not a jigsaw Mr. Puzzle piece Biker Knight Man suit.

For a lot of us it did. What looks good is subjective, of course.
But the fact is there is no big outcry about the TDK suit. It's only the same complaints surfacing from the same little group of people who frequent this thread.
Personally I find most of the criticisms to be hyperbole.
This image would be really perfect for a manip Ive been wondering about for a while, eliminate all the latex covered spots on the pants in this photo and I wonder how the suit would look as all mesh material??? I have zero photoshop skills, any takers???Oh dear, his nose looks like a shovel in this shot.

that took you all night to come up with didn't it.
