No... its very much right! :woot:

While those suits weren't very practical... they were visually perfect.

well that's how I feel, if only we could have them look that awesome and still be practical as far as movement goes wed be set.

There is one way. You can stop making the suits out of rubber.

Still the best live-action Batman suit... Just beautiful. :hrt:

The cowl screams Neal Adams or Norm Breyfogle to me.

Never got the cowl right in the Nolan films sadly. :csad:

Jesus. He looks like he has saggy granny boobs.

He needed to find something wrong with it to reinforce the "Nolan is perfect" status quo.

I have been and always will be open to that change if it looks good I don't care what it's made of.

Quite an assumption.

Christian Bale w/Batman Returns cowl.

Planning to do the entire suit as well.

I love the Keaton cowl. Not just because its wonderful aesthetically but because of the eyebrows. The fact that the cowl has Keaton's eyebrows as part of the design implies that within the world of the Burton movies Bruce made a conscious design decision to include his amazing eyebrows in the cowl.

Frankly, if I had Keaton's godly eyebrows I'd do the same.

Yep, epic eyebrows. Personally, I dont think anyone will ever look better in a Bat Cowl than Keaton did...that dude just peered into your soul.:batman:

Completely agreed. That man had some really intense eyes.

To hell with the Keaton cowl. GIVE HIM A TIM SALE COWL.

I wonder if he gets good reception with those things....

Also my favorite cowl. You know, for all the weirdness of proportions and stuff I think that Sale's Batman it one of the most beautiful and impressive depictions of him.

... And Sam Keith. There's something so ugly/pretty about those.

Tim Sale?

Meh.... I like his backgrounds and cityscapes but not his humans.

Yay, you have a friend.

Just kidding. It's all a matter of taste, sometimes art that's sort of ugly can be quite pretty to me.

I want Bale to do this in a film;

<----------------------

Why have we only seen it on costume fittings and not actual footage?

I'd gather because that particular pose looks amusingly stupid without proper context. A rare situation such as this would be the only acceptable means of using that maneuver:

Yes we shouldnt forget that everything needs to be SERIOUZ BUSINESS in a Batman movie.

Completely agree.

No relevance to what I'm talking about. Stupid is stupid, independent of tone. It's evocative of what a child would do with a cape when they're posing in front of a mirror. Doesn't help it's been parodied so many times when referencing Dracula.

Yes it should be. Batman movies can have comedic moments (like BB & TDK do), but let's not make Batman a joke again.

Oh yes, god forbid that someone who wears a cape grab said cape with hand and wrap it thusly :whatever:

God forbid someone dislike extravagant poses reminiscent of over-dramatic stage shows and outdated vampire flicks.

You apparently are fond of it, and I'm undoubtedly averse to it. Fantastic. This went nowhere.
