Yes, it's coming from an open manhole, and in my mind they're standing right above where Gordon is when the explosion goes off behind him.

Wow, the production notes relating to how the prologue was filmed was amazing. I had no idea that that muhc practical work went into it. I guess I forgot about some of the set pics for a second. Wow!

It elaborates a little bit more on a major plot concerning Wayne Enterprises.

It has some quotes directly from the characters in the film that we've seen in the advertising as well as one we have not yet heard. One quote is from TDK.

It answers in detail the question of what Bruce Wayne/Batman has been up to the past 8 years.

It has some quotes from Bale and Hathaway as to their connection in the film.

It gives a little more info on the underground prison...whether it's in Gotham or far away.

It has a little bit about Gordon that surprised me a little bit.

Stuff like that.
