Which I still think was a mistake on RT's part. Read his review of TDK. It's anything but positive.

This board always manages to surprise me...people are worried about other's reviews? WHo cares, reviews are just opinions. SOme people get paid to give them, others don't. I guess my point is even if the movie gets universally slammed and mocked as the worst thing ever put on screen, don't be one of those folks who doesn't go to see something because you are worried about peers saying things like "I heard it sucked." If you feel a connection to a film and/or the characters in it, that's what's important.

I don't think you grasp the mindset of fanboys. It's not like bad reviews would stop them seeing it, it's merely the hope that their inevitable love of the movie is vindicated by others.

It's critical, but not outright dismissive of Nolan's interpretation. I do think he'll give TDKR a rotten though, I'm betting he's going to start whining about Tom Hardy's voice and how overly pretentious the film is trying to be blah blah blah...

I actually want Anne to get some awards attention for this now, purely because of the amount of hatred she gets vs what we've heard about her role and her performance since day one of production. Also, she is the most charming person in interviews about this film, just watch that MTV interview.

I'm pretty confident she's going to sweep for Les Miserables, and that she'll win a Saturn for this role. The doubters are going to look so stupid by the spring of next year.
