I wonder if Wayne Manor or the Lambo are company property... you know for tax purposes and all that. I know the Playboy Mansion is technically owned by the corporation and Heffner pays rent. If Bruce were to lose control of the company and such, then maybe that's why they are taking away his car and locking him out of the Manor. The only other thing I can think of regarding the manor is criminal investigations. Maybe he is locked out because they are conducting on-going investigations in the house and don't want the residents tampering with evidence.

I am guessing they got that taken care of after they sorted out all the legal stuff about Bruce being legally dead.

nah I think they are trying to get him with aiding and abetting terrorists.
his vehicles are being used by Batman and Bane. And if I've got it right his money has been going into a charity that is a front for Bane and the LoS.

so if that is correct they have seized all his assets and frozen his accounts while he's being investigated until it is all reconciled.

I fun to look at how Wayne physically changes with each movie. Here just a little fun thing I found. Remember on the BB DVD features when Bale said he was as big as a bear? Well I found a picture of him when he was promoting The Machinist, and apparently this photo is from merely a number of weeks before shooting began on BB.
