According to user-edited IMDb, David Castillo is Bane's motorcycle stunt double. I don't know if anyone made a positive identification of him at the scene.

If I recall correctly, there were 2 other bikers in the set vid, JGL is likely aiming at the bike in front of them.

I've been told Matthew Modine actually plays a CIA Special Agent who comes to Gotham with a small CIA team to work alongside Commisioner Gordon and his Police Department in bringing down Bane.

The source was unsure if Modine's character initially comes to Gotham to capture Batman, but is positive that at the end Nixon works to take down Bane, and realizes that Batman isn't the threat he is made out to be -- after Bane exposes Harvey Dent's murders.
