A couple of observations about the trailer (sorry if these are mentioned before):

-I don't think the plate denotes that Alfred has died, but there are covers over the chairs in the background; could it be that Wayne is bankrupt and forced to move out?
-I think the Gordon/Mayor speech and Bruce on the balcony are the same scene, could it mean that Wayne has turned into a recluse?
-Bruce also has a cane during the masked ball, notice it popping into the screen a bit after Selina whispered in his ear.
-Selina looks kinda creepy when she whispers in Wayne's ear.
-I'm still puzzled by the staircases.
-The shot in the teaser was Bane looking at Bruce, which I though was kinda cool.
