After watching the prologue again...didn't Bane punch the CIA guy in the freakin throat? thats pretty bad ass to me.

I had such a giant grin on my face throughout that entire time.

I felt that Nolan should've had Bane rip the CIA guy apart.

There are ways to imply it without having to be too graphic.

That was my only disappointment with the prologue.

Didn't he punch him in the throat and drop him out of the sky in a giant open-ended piece of metal?

Since Bane breaks Batman's mask & IF Fox really does die...how does Bruce get another mask? Remember, the mask he wears with TDK suit is NOT the same as the mask in the BB suit. The TDK suit mask was designed to operate much like a motorcycle helmet, the BB mask is the one that was ordered 10,000 of.

Since Bane breaks Batman's mask & IF Fox really does die...how does Bruce get another mask? Remember, the mask he wears with TDK suit is NOT the same as the mask in the BB suit. The TDK suit mask was designed to operate much like a motorcycle helmet, the BB mask is the one that was ordered 10,000 of.

Well he did have a suit in his "panic room" in his penthouse and in his makeshift Batcave. I'm hoping there's more than 2.

Very old or not, I think that would be a cool ending, maybe having him lay 2 roses on their headstone much like B89 Bruce placed 2 roses at the spot they were killed.

I said something similar a few days ago. My idea involved a fully furnished Batcave. That also sounds appropriate.

I can't wait for the last shot. It's going to be so bittersweet though...

It makes me very happy that his parents are being brought up. Bruce's relationship with his father was one of the most compelling aspects of Begins. I missed that sort of dynamic in Dark Knight. His parents death is what sparked it all, but obviously Bruce grew beyond the death of his parents, and Batman became something much more. Still, I'm very glad that they are being mentioned in The Dark Knight Rises.

I like how they didn't bring up his parents in TDK, it was kinda like Mask of Phantasm where he's kinda over being a cry baby about and being Batman as part of his burden

Well we saw them setting up the graveyard when they were shooting at the mansion. They wouldn't do that if they weren't planning on filming it, even if it only appears in the background of a shot. lol

What if... Bane killed ras' wife? I dunno, I like the idea of bane breaking batman and putting him in the underground prison bane was raised in, then bruce trains himself while we get flashbacks of young bane getting trained with ras.

I was hoping this scene would have been in TDK, however I wouldn't mind having this at the end.

I would like to see him go to the grave maybe right after defeating Bane and taking his mask off to pay respects...possibly having Gordon emerge from the shadows knowing who he is and they have "a moment".

You know, one of the things that I like is the cruel irony of Gordon having to be the one that has to commemorate the memory and supposed "honor" of Harvey Dent at these functions given the fact that the last time that he saw Dent alive, it involved Dent holding his family as hostages and at gunpoint.

Did they say the TDK mask was provided by Fox along with the rest of the new suit? I don't remember that. I would imagine Bruce made a new one to go along with the new suit.
