I do tend to agree with dragonator, batman is a creature of the night, he belongs in the night.
That said if its something pretty important i can't imagine bruce sat there saying 'i'll be there, just give it a few hours, be dark soon' He's dedicated to the cause, Nolan's Batman is grounded in reality and in reality, Bruce would don the suit at any time of day.
It'd just be better if bane decided to strike at night, that Joker fellow had the right idea![]()
This whole argument reminds me of TIH, where Ross says that when Banner hulked out for the 1st time, people died. Many posters hated the idea and thought that the screenwriters shouldn't include such scenarios, no matter how much sense they made.
It's the same thing here. Nolan doesn't have to write Bane attacking or the final fight during daytime. It's a choice that (hopefully and in this case, probably) serves a purpose. Nolan's trying to make a point by getting Batman out of his element.
