WW is looking awesome. Is it possible that the feathered nature of her cape indicates that it plays some role in her "flight" ability? The use of a magical artifact would chime with her mythic theme.

I am thinking... Maybe that cape "magically" becomes the Golden Eagle Armor?

I think it is simply an aesthetic that adds to the eagle motif on her armor and feather-like pattern on her greaves, not much else. It could be that they were inspired by the golden eagle armor when they were designing the cloak though.

My only nitpick is that they didn't put that golden oval brooch she always seem to have on her cape:

By the way, from those two concept arts, it looks to me like the cloak she's wearing in BvS has a hood.

It's been confirmed by Gal that WW doesn't fly in BvS so don't hold your breath for that to happen.

The inner lining of the cape in the concept art and the way it appears to have a hood just stands out to me, and we know that Snyder and his team can pull of mo cap armor. It would also add an interesting visual. Just spitballing on this is all.

I think Batman's suit is the best, but WW's is my favourite.

All my issues are with the skirt really. Length and I'd prefer a more full skirt than the current one, which for my taste looks like one that shrunk in the wash and then lost a few segments of it.

I think it might help her glide on wind currents but outside of that IDK

I think that the cape (which looks cool btw) will probably be more for ceremonial/decorative purposes. That's how WW wearing capes is usually treated in the comics if I remember correctly.
