How come Bane's neck is exposed in the photos with Batman, but Hardy's stunt double's neck is covered?

The more I look at Bane's mask, the more curious I get about his voice. I have an image in my mind of Bane sounded just as graspy and mumbly as Batman. HAHA. These two could have a fight scene and screaming at each other and neither would know what the other is saying. Their problems could be worked out if they would just talk normaly. lol

Has it crossed anyone's mind that perhaps after learning that Batman is supplied by Wayne Industries (and possibly even figuring out his identity) Bane busts some loonies out of the Asylum, breaks into Wayne Enterprises and gears them up with a bunch of Batman's trademark equipment?

I think this is sort of his M.O.--- even if he knew who Batman was, it doesn't really matter. He wants to crank up the pressure- RUIN Batman's public image.

It's not unlike the Ivan Vanko concept from Iron Man 2. Batman is cool when only HE has the cool toys. But when the badguys get them, too... even the staunchest of Batman's supporters have to admit that it's gotten out of hand and something NEEDS to be done.

Maybe Bane does this-- like in the comics-- to wear Batman down. And there, after he's pushed him to his limit... he's waiting there in the Batcave to take him on; weary, tired and psychologically shaken.

Bane with a Batman like voice would be hilarious. Hearing Bale's grouchy voice(if it's still there for this movie...most likely will) along with a grouchy Bane voice.

I like how things are looking but Bane looks about the same height as Batman, I know there'll be a large amount of camera angles and whatnot to make him look bigger. It certainly worked in the teaser.

And in the shots of Bane from the back, he doesn't have any tubes or valves or anything?... I really do hope he isn't wearing a mask just for the sake of intimidation or something. :\

I think they'll use camera trickery plus hardy's double which is quite taller than bale. If I'm not mistaken that is buster reeves with a shaved head. It sure looks like him, that's how they'll make bane look bigger.

I feel bad for Chris Nolan and the cast/crew right now because, as an artist, I can't stand when people see my unfinished work. We are just seeing photos by a fan from a weird angle, and from far away. Wally Pfister and Christopher Nolan have a vision and that vision will be shown from the angle of THEIR cameras with THEIR post production effects. Will Bane be bigger than Batman? Who knows? Maybe, maybe not. Will this scene actually take place during the day or will they use post FX to make it look like night? No one knows. Yes, Batman's legs still have jigsaw pieces, but how many times during TDK did we see Batman's legs? Not many.

Call me a "Nolan fanboy nerd" if you must, but we have NO idea what this is going to look like on film. I remember thinking that I was never going to be convinced that Heath's Joker was going to be scary enough, funny enough, different enough from other characters Heath has played, but guess what: Nolan, Heath and everyone else had a few tricks up their sleeves and it was an incredible performance and an incredible movie.

I know it's fun to speculate story elements, and whether or not Bane will use Venom, etc. but before you complain about how you have "no faith in this movie anymore" why don't you give it a chance, and wait until you see some actual footage?

I knew they wouldn't just depend on Hardy to do all of his stunts. After all, Christian Bale has Buster Reeves. It was common sense they would introduce a taller stunt double for Tom.

I'm predicting that Bale and Hardy will only intract 30% of the time -- when coming to the face off and confrontations.
