Oh, without a doubt; that'll take from a couple to a few days a week at the gym, morning/evening jogs, and cut soda completely out of my diet. My main problem is going to be shaving my head; it's long already and my lady would have a cow if I show up one day as bald as a cue ball.It'd be fun though.
You have to constantly be eating and lifting. Also get some Whey protein (definitely recommend Whey isolate).
Chicken, pasta, veggies (cauliflower, broccoli) and lifting of course. They have some really good routines online especially in the bodybuilding forums as some have already mentioned.
Do that and you'll start seeing results in no time. Don't overwork your muscles if you're doing this, rest is key as well. Don't want to cause over fatigue or destroy the muscles you've been building.
