The Dark Knight Rises Tom Hardy as Bane XIII

But to have some blood in this next movie can be very effective such as when Batman gets beat down by Bane, he'll cough out blood due to internal bleeding. It can show us despite the protection of Batman's suit, Bane is powerful enough to really injure him.

Moderate blood is a bonus but I can do without it. If Bane breaks Batman's back then that's more than enough to convince this fan.

I think it originated from IMDB. Someone apparently heard the production talking about it in India. :o

In the Batman comics, young Ra's al Ghul does have a city governed by a sultan and a prince destroyed as revenge for the killing of his wife, Sora, as well as for the sultan blaming Ra's instead of his son (the son emerged crazy from the Lazarus Pit for healing from Ra's) for the killing of Sora and false imprisonment. Young Ra's al Ghul was a physician turned genocidal maniac in Birth of the Demon.

No named young actor nor side role fitting a description of a young Bane has ever been shown for Fox Hills Green or Magnus Rex. The Indian guys on that Facebook group speculated thus

The Plot leak you've been waiting for: Eyewitnesses and crew members told us of a particular scene being filmed, where a bald-headed child wearing ragged clothes emerges from the well and pulls his hood over his head. From the conversations, we reckon this is a young Bane, emerging from a vat of Venom, trained by Pence's Ra's al Ghul. The years of addiction to Venom builds him to be a massive monster with amped up senses, intelligence and physical prowess.

And of course, other people took this rumor to the next level with adding on piles of additional details.

Actually that sounds cool but I'd take it with a grain of salt, just like anything you read on the internet.

There was a rumour like that early on. Not sure if I believe it, though. It speculated Ras Al Ghul (played by Pence) is burning down a city in the desert somewhere, and Bane crawls out of a hole with fire on him, and doesn't feel it. This takes Ras' interest.

Or he does feel it, and wears a breathing mask because of that

The only thing we truly know about Bane is that he is reported to be vicious.

I like my theory that wrongful incarceration led Bane to absolutely detest corruption in the upper echelons of government. Hence him breaking out prisoners in a prison dedicated to Harvey Dent and ripping up that picture of Dent. How he finds out about Dent's actions and the coverup will be interesting.

Someone at the El Camino set tonight told me had insider info saying that Bane lives in the the sewers.

Is he rooming with Killer Croc or something.

I don't know but it sounds too much like the Penguin from Returns.
there are a lot of big rooms under the street. and at the same time its close to Gotham. doesnt mean he eats fish :awesome:

what about the turtles

Everything is similar to something. Living in sewers, what the eff is this Killer Croc or sumtin?

Two Face set a court in the sewers in "Dark Victory", minor villains like The Spook have set up lairs down there, as well. The sewers are a fairly conventional choice for supervillains seeking real estate. They have obvious advantages, being a grid network allowing concealment and freedom of movement throughout a city. They also have some metaphorical strengths, being a literal underworld.

I would be quite pleased to see Bane use them.

Batman has his most likely renovated batcave with Batwing docking station along with other cool stuff I would assume.

While Bane has Gothams pooper system as his base of operations. No wonder he's so mad. :(

The lavatory in the Batcave flushes directly into Bane's foot spa.

I think thats the same plumbing line that supplies the substance which he showers in. That would explain the lack of hair.

guano :oldrazz:

If he lives in the sewers , it explains why he wears the oxygen mask all the time. It also explains why Batman steps away from him so fast at the end of the teaser trailer
