The Dark Knight Rises What could make "BATMAN III" more epic then Dark Knight?

He can still be isolated and have a love interest.

This is true but there does not need to be a love interest.

Rachel was never actually with him in either movie, yet she's deemed as a love interest, even though they only had two brief kiss scenes between the two movies.

If there's a love interest, I'd prefer just Selina Kyle and not Catwoman.

So what female lead do you want in Batman 3, and what kind of relationship do you want her to have with Batman?

What have you got against Catwoman?

There's going to be a love interest. That's the end of it.

If you think otherwise, you're completely deluding yourself.

If there were to be a female lead, then definitely Eva Green.

Absolutely nothing besides two horrible Catwoman movies that have left me reluctant about the character. From what I could tell of the first Catwoman movie, the character was just plain uninteresting. I'm almost positive that the movie didn't follow the comics but I'm not sure. I shut off the movie within about a little more than five minutes. The absolute worst movie that I've ever seen. I didn't watch the second one but I'm assuming horrible reviews.

Mistakes made by others is no reason to blame a great character.

The movie versions of Catwoman are not very faithful portrayals of the character. Especially the Halle Berry one. Don't let them color your judgment. Read the comics and form your own opinion about the character.

yeah, because there's NEVER been an action movie without a romance sub-plot:whatever:

Name one Batman movie that hasn't had one.
didn't say there was a batman movie without one, i said action movie. yes every batman movie has had a romance sub-plot, but that doesn't automatically guarantee this one will.
I just checked IMDB and couldn't find the movie listed. I thought that there had been one with Nicole Kidman.

Yes it does.

WB wants that female demographic.

Well you'd have a hard time naming them. Romance is prevalent in all movies of all genres.

predator, first blood, the great escape, the magnificent 7, the dirty dozen, the good the bad and the ugly, the ghost and the darkness, platoon, enter the dragon, ong bak thai warrior

there's 10, how many more you want?

I rather not have a new love interest... makes the third film stick out...

Rachael could appear in flashbacks or something tho

The ghost and the darkness?

I seem to recall a very nice scene between Val Kilmer and his wife at the beginning.

Romance, I believe it was.

I don't care.

There was a love interest. Which is the point.
you don't seem to care about alot of things that spoil your arguments. one small scene does not register as a love intrest. were the girls bruce brought to the party love intrests in tdk? no.

my point is it's not THAT uncommon for an action movie to not have a romance sub-plot and not immpossible to make a batman movie without one. they do, they don't, i'm not gonna be that upset either way.

The Nolan Bat films have come to a point where the love interest is no longer relevant...
