The Hunger Games Catching Fire. God damn I really love this movie. Even better the second time around.

:woot:

Your initial list was already really good, just figured on adding to it a bit more.

We both forgot about another one;

2 Guns (2013)

The all time greatest buddy teams;

Eddie Murphy/Nick Nolte
Mel Gibson/Danny Glover
Sylvester Stallone/Kurt Russell
Bruce Willis/Damon Wayans
Bruce Willis/Samuel L. Jackson
Will Smith/Martin Lawrence

We can now ad Denzel Washington/Mark Wahlberg to that. The film wasn't anything we haven't seen before (Except Paula Patton's boobies!), but the two leads together are amazing.

I thought you'd dig it, I'd love to see that duo of characters under a better director.

I'll add Stallone/Arnie to the team up list as I loved Escape Plan!

Womack you peish of shet!

Classic line! :D I love the way he escapes FBI custody.

They took a novel featuring a layered, clever corporate espionage plot and boiled it down to a bland techno thriller that is about as empty as you can get. 3/10

2 Guns 2/3 Guns would be great, especially if they get Sam Rockwell as their Leo Getz type side kick!

They should make an Escape Plan every year with Sly teaming up with a different prisoner every time, but in increasingly ridiculous situations, like having to escape North Korea, then spcae, then getting stuck in a time vortex and having to orchestrate The Great Escape in WWII, then going to hell and escaping there.

Classic line! :D I love the way he escapes FBI custody.

Science needs to de-age Sean Connery down to his late 20's.

:doh:

I can't believe I forgot about those two. It's kind of sad considering I lost count of how many times I've watched The Rock.

Another team we missed;

Truth be told, they could have trimmed down this film by at least 30 minutes, as many sections were not significant to the story at all. I did enjoy a lot of moments, but unfortunately they were often interrupted. I'm hoping the Desolation of Smaug has a more brisk pace, with slightly less filler material.

7/10

The Spy Who Loved Me.

Classic Bond 9/10

Pawn Shop Chronicles (2013)

This one was a mixed bag, but definitely more good than bad. Wayne Kramer brings the signature crazy, the cast are all fun, though Thomas Jane isn't used enough.

Smashed. 8/10.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead for Zatanna please.

Star Wars: A New Hope

10/10 Just a masterpiece.

Star Trek: The Motion Picture

8/10

It's nice to see Star Trek: The Motion Picture getting some love. Was it the Director's Edition?

Holy heck that sounds like an amazing night! I'm completely jealous.

It was an awesome night... I've heard they might be doing an Arnold all-nighter later in the year. :hubba
Glad I'm a member now and get discounts on my ticket. :woot:
