I'm keen to see if they have a huge Loki/Thor confrontation in Avengers or if they'll save it for Thor 2: Return to Absgard! No, that wasn't a typo. Absgard!
there was a fake script leak a while back, when i heard about the finale, it's something i could live with.
For the big ending, Thor against loki somewhere, Ironman and fury against agent hill/skrull queen and captain america leading everyone else on the ground against skrulls
i'd LOVE for the climax to be a HUGE battle. in almost all of the marvel studios films so far, we've had lackluster ending battles. i hope the one in avengers is long and epic, there are a lot of people involved after all.

That has been my biggest problem with these movies too. While I think the action is pretty good the battles always feel small. There are no huge sets. Ironman fights on a street then a roof. Same with hulk. Oh they also both had fights in a park, IM in the sequel. And Thor, why did that have to take place in some crumb town in new mexico which looked like they built three fake buildings on each side of the street to pass as a town. Can you imagine if the destroyer was walking down the streets of a big city tossing cars left and right.
Marvel needs to open up them disney wallets. I want an epic battle in multiple locations, in big cities with things getting destroyed. I want shield helicarriers going down in the background
But still the Thor finale the last big action scene was poor yeah it was emotional the whole damn movie was...they could have made it a lot better look better I want to see something like tih where the battle goes from a different place to another place I want to see people going through buildings a subway fight and somebody being thrown out from the subway to a more populated area something really badass and epic!!!!
but All i m saying is it could have been better like when Loki makes multiple copies of himself they could have made it real interesting
Right on!
A couple of skirmishes between the heroes, Thor vs Hulk and Loki getting defeated again isn't going to cut it in this one.
Kevin Feige already commented on how big and epic the Transformers trailer looked, they need Micheal Bay to come out and say the same thing next year.
idk who came up with the phrase Go Big or Go Home, but I'll be damned if it doesn't apply to this movie.
The small town served the story well for Thor to gain humility. Imagine if this happened in NY. The impact would have not meant as much as it did.And Thor, why did that have to take place in some crumb town in new mexico which looked like they built three fake buildings on each side of the street to pass as a town.

See I found that to be the weakest part of the story anyway. He was there for like a couple of days, what exactly caused him to gain humility? As far as I can tell it was not being able to pick up his hammer. It wasn't like he became a part of the town and really grew to love and understand them. He only knew three of them. That all could easily of went down in an apartment rather then a trailer. If they had made it seem like he had been there for like a year and gotten to know people I would 100% agree with you.
Believing that his father had died as result of his actions, along with War looming on Asgard (again as a result of his actions) and his mother having supposedly abandoned him and not wanting him to return home can also have a PROFOUND effect on a person.
In a recent Avengers comic, All the Avengers are about to face a threat. Thor flies into battle and smashes a big powerhouse character through a building across town, and Spider-Man acts like WOW!
And someone tells him, thats what its like to be on a team with Thor!
A scene like that, showing the sheer power of Thor, amazing all the Avengers, would be awesome.
There is a massive threat, like the Hulk, we have already scene the unspotable power of the Hulk as he has destroyed buildings, stopped tanks, stood up to missiles, stuff like that. The Avengers stand ready to fight, Thor leaps into battle and wallups Hulk across town with such a force. All the other Avengers stand there stunned. Something like that would be cool.
Thor showing great respect for Captain America, that would be cool.
Maybe showing Cap worthy enough to pick up the hammer after its knocked from Thor's hands. He doesn't become Thor or anything, just able to hold the hammer and maybe use it to save Thor and then gives it back to him or something.
It would also be cool to see Thor show forth other powers like Anti-force or GodBlast
he learned from a few saved a small town and wanted to save an entire planet at the end too...from small to big... alot of people try to explain you things...we dont listen even if its our parents but someone else you meet and start to love can teach you to appreciate what you already have....See I found that to be the weakest part of the story anyway.
