the saddest part is that, in hollywood, it clearly works. he gets to direct that star studded 355 film next. why? WHY?!He certainly is good at saying nonsensical things![]()
But i still prefer the movie to have the X-Men in the title. And I don't want to see a Cyclops or Storm solo movie either, if thats just gonna mostly feature the X-Men. Just call it a X-Men movie then.
Civil War is another thing and I'm not gonna dwelve on that, though that being said, I would have like a CA3 movie with mostly CA characters while CW being titled as Avengers: Civil War. Especially Sharon Carter and Crossbones didn't have much role in CA3.

He's friends with Chastain. Chastain who has all the power in the world to get a female director to helm her "All-female Spy film," gets her male friend to do it.the saddest part is that, in hollywood, it clearly works. he gets to direct that star studded 355 film next. why? WHY?!

Slop 2Disney/Fox will love this narrative: ‘Dark Phoenix’ To Rise Above ‘Secret Life Of Pets 2’ In $170M+ Global Debut.
Never mind that SLOP2 already opened in other markets ahead of DPh. That $170M is also down from Apocalypse.

It does have a large scale final battle of two factions and many players. Let it slide?Among the more memorable moments on that Q&A, Kinberg said of X3: "This is our Return of the King."![]()
Disney's main objective here should be to break even. Looks like its going to have a solid weekend to at least reach that point.
Lawrence has sensibilities? She is one of the dumbest actresses in Hollywood, just look at her gross and disgusting behaviour on Graham Norton's, even Pratt was uncomfortable. I suppose she does proudly show the world just how simple she is, though.
Chastain criticized Singer a lot without knowing him. He's friends with Chastain. Chastain who has all the power in the world to get a female director to helm her "All-female Spy film," gets her male friend to do it.
When Chastain signed on to do Dark Phoenix she said "Another major reason is Simon Kinberg, who's a friend of mine and a great writer."
I mean I'm sure you two are friends. That's the only thing I'm sure of in that sentence lol
See my sig.
Whedon is perfect,I don’want Taika or Peyton Reed.Ugh it’s just such a shame. No writer or director of this series has really gotten everything right with these movies. Singer had flashes of brilliance but still did horrible sh*t to these characters. James Mangold was probably the only person who gave a crap about the character but then again he had Logan who he could do anything with.
Kinberg, Singer, Ratner, Penn even Vaughn never really grasped these stories and characters. I can’t wait for Kevin to seek out someone who cares about the source as well as the fans. I just wish it was sooner so I could get excited for what’s to come.
Ugh looks like Claremont liked the movie. "Pros: It began. Con: It ended."
I'll give him 6 months to change his tune, like he always does.
It was very cool, until we confirmed most of what they said was complete BS.I do feel like I missed out not participating in that Q&A. To this day, I don’t know what I was doing to have missed it lol
That whole movie was a slap in the face.Ratner shot 2 alternate endings to Rogue’s storyline. One of them was of Rogue NOT taking the cure. You could very well have a storyline of Marie, going to take the cure because life is hard for someone who can’t touch anyone. Because she wasn’t available to shoot the third act battles.
AND THEN NOT TAKE THE CURE. Rogue showing up at the mansion, cured is a slap in the face for what this franchise, this IP, THE X-MEN means to the fans.
She criticized him without knowing she's the film's producer. When confronted with that she said "I've never even seen him around the set. I'm not going to shut up just because he's my boss."Chastain criticized Singer a lot without knowing him.
Yea I totally get that. Claremont has said many times he's a frustrated actor. This is him finally enjoying his time in the sun. After many years of obscurity, even after making the X-men what they are today (sorry Stan), I don't blame him.In Claremeont's defense, he was out getting the star treatment on the red carpet on Tuesday night. Do you really think he was going to badmouth it?
EDIT:
Oops, meant Chris Claremont
Oh trust me my friend gave a hearty LOL when I showed him the film's RT score.I'm sure I'm not the only person you've either seen write or voice that statement, since you've worked with people that actually had to work with him.
