Well, if they're sticking with the source material, it makes sense that Daniel Cudmore return as Collossus. So I think more are coming back beyond Halle Berry.

And I still believe we are going to see younger actors cast for Storm, Cyclops and Jean for the 70s timeline. It makes sense since the other principal characters (Professor X, Magneto and Hugh) all have 1970s counterparts.

Well, there's two explanations for that.

There's some sort of consciousness mind-swappery going on.

Or, and I'm loathe to say it, that terrible ending of X3 is canon and we have Xavier's mind in his twin...

I'd say its a given most/all First Class cast are returning. I'd expect the next announcement to be Halle and then maybe a group one for the likes of January, Caleb & Lucas.

I would be perfectly happy if Havok and Banshee don't return. There are way better characters to develop, and they detracted from First Class. Especially Banshee... IMO of course.

I'll keep Banshee and Havok just so the 70s X-Men wouldn't feel so empty with just two members (Professor X and Beast). And I don't want them to ditch those two just so they could introduce new characters to the 70s team.

I know you hate January Jones' performance in First Class but it wouldn't make sense to not bring her back especially with how First Class ended. Maybe if she just stood there at the door like Azazel, Riptide and Angel Salvadore, I could see the writers easily dropping them out. But Emma Frost? Magneto invited her to join his team and to be his second-in-command.
