Looking at McAvoy, Fassbender, Lawrence, Dinklage and now Oscar Isaac, I can't agree that Fox have been picking actors based on their look over their talent.

Well these are actors who's characters are fleshed out and good development went in to them.
This is noot the case with Storm. Singer and company have little interest in Storm. I dont expect her to be very important to the film save for an FX set up sequence.

If only she could act and was younger, she has that fierceness and I love her look. I feel she could bring the side to Storm that I would love to see onscreen if only lol.

I say this with no sarcasm at all, but Naomi would have rocked X1 Storm. Storm was so underwritten that no acting was required. It would have just been body language and visuals and she definitely could've pulled that off.

I highly doubt Bassett turning down Storm (if it's even true) was the biggest mistake of her career. Her career was just fine before and is more than fine now.

that scene did feel a little forced, one reason being because the same lines could have been given to anyone but we know it was given to berry to give her more of a bigger role in the film
