I mean... do I even have to go into why this looks terrible?
No. You really don't.
And THIS is supposed to be a money shot?
No.

You didn't like the NYC fight in the Avengers? That's probably my favorite superhero battle. Smallville being a close second.
Oh, yes...that was one of the fight scenes (from Marvel) that I did like. That and some of the fight scenes from Winter Soldier.
In any case, I am sure we will get more action scenes set during day (there were a couple of scenes that was happening during the day - like the WW shot).

Look at the contrast within the trailer. It starts out with Bruce riding a horse in a real environment. Nice shots, it feels like a real movie. Then you get an action scene where Momoa jumps into the air in some barren wasteland that looks 30% rendered.
For all those saying 'oh this shot's terrible', 'that's awful CGI' or 'that's not a money shot', has anyone ever actually tried making a feature film before, it's really hard work to cover all bases.
Nolan is the king of comic book movies. And even he's filmed some laughable action scenes.
And how else was he suppose to accomplish that shot in an alien environment? Guys, these are superhero, larger than life comic book fantasies. You guys grew up and love the big visuals in the comics. How the hell else can those images be accomplished? Even the absolute best of CG looks like CG. Just get the hell over it. It won't ever be perfect. And for a film with 8 months of post left, I didn't have a single problem with any of the CG shots. If you guys didn't scream bloody murder during CW airport sequence, then be quiet about a trailer.
It doesn't though. There are several movies every year which push the technological limits and is becoming a struggle for our eyes to distinguish from reality even though we know it's fake.
I used to think this was just a matter of Fox and Disney having a stronghold on WETA/ILM so everyone else gets 2nd-tier renderings, but the shots I've seen from this trailer are so stylized I'm leaning towards it being a signature of Zack's.

I love Larry Fong, but he did hurt one of the best scenes in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice by not lighting Superman properly during most of his rooftop confrontation with Lex Luthor. The suit looked black in most shots. If it was its true colors (like in the shot when the helicopter flies away and the cape is flowing) that scene would have been next to perfect.

You realize this is intentional.
