85th Annual Academy Awards (2013) - Part 2

Renee is cracking me up right now. She looks like she's trolling up there.

Yeah, Life of Pi's score really didn't impress me.

I probably liked Skyfall's the best.

It was a decent score.

time for the you didn't perform live but you might win nominations

they aren't winning

I'm pretty sure Les Mis rather than Adele is going to win. It's been the most promoted throughout. The whole beginning numbers and throughout has been a tribute to musicals.

He is rather lovable, it's true.

I appreciate the trend in awards shows lately to mute the mics on the audience during the In Memoriam segments.

Awwwww. :O

It's a nice, respectful touch.

At some point though it becomes obvious someone won't change. I don't think pushing is going to help, if anything her feeling compelled to do it won't change a thing, if anything make it worse. I don't think Stewart will ever change.

I think they are hoping she will finally relax, during the SWATH promotion she seemed quite comfortable and then that "scandal" hit and she went backwards.

I turned the channel real quick and thought they went to commercials.

Gottdamit! Why didnt I watch life of pi in 3D!?

i totally forgot Ted was up for an oscar for best song LOL

They don't look at the winners in advance.

I thought the Avengers score should have been recognized, damn good score.

I was hoping for John Williams (because h me deserves every Oscar), but that walk-on music they just played was pretty beautiful, so maybe Life of Pi deserved it.
It definitely deserved it, imo.

Though I would have been cool with Anna Karenina winning as well, as the score was one of the best parts of that movie, Life of Pi was definitely my fave in that category.

Yeah. The TED song was kinda good.
