It's already in the black.
what does that mean?
It's already in the black.
Critics are seeing Civil War soon.
Prepare to hear how superior it is to BvS the next few days.
eh
beloved by half the people that belove BvS according to ticket sales...

Also the logos been present was a huge face palm, how about subtly Snyder ever heard of it.

An r-rated movie based on a long-dead property vs a movie featuring batman and superman.. is it really that difficult to see why there's a gap in ticket sales?

Do you hear that sound slowly getting louder outside your window....it reminds you of thunder far off in the distance....but the storm is getting closer....so the sound of thunder is getting louder.....louder....and then you realize...it isn't thunder....it is the sound of people face palming themselves as they read this thread.....
Does anyone know where the poster Iseespidey is? As a lurker I used to enjoy reading her opinions because she was very opinionated but since I have joined I haven't caught a whiff of her.
wait, what now?
Long Dead? MadMax was...no IS a landmark in film history. It was a phenom.
If anything, FR should have benefited from the Rebirth of the MadMax reboot, bringing back Miller and all...
Did TFA suffer from the long dead SW !
You are using some double standards there my friend.

The difference between FR and BVS is that despite the absurd amount of money WB spent on the former the expectations for it at the box office were universally low with some predicting it would bomb completely.
The expectations for BVS were completely opposite so however irritating that may be to fans of it the perception of it as a dissapointment WILL last for a long, long time.
Did you just compare Star Wars to Mad Max? Lol
1. Mad Max and Star Wars aren't on the same level at all.
2. Star Wars hasn't been dead since 1977.
Truth be told, I know folks aren't going to be happy when Civil War is compared to BvS, but they shouldn't be surprised.
Both movies feature heroes fighting each other due to philosophical difference.
Both movies do quite a bit of world-building.
Both movies feature 1 heroes of a higher moral ground vs. another hero of a more murkier moral background.
The details are different but the foundations are damn near identical.
Mad Max is a legend my friend.
Seen her in the Justice League section.
no...most would say it's been dead since Return of the Jedi...
yep, like it or not the comparison is inevitable.
not according to ticket sales of the prequels.
