I am amazed at how people are so willing to proclaim something the new sliced bread before it is even out and will thus eat up every bit of praise that comes out, confirmed or not. Well not amazed, just slightly disappointed.

Damn,i saw at my dreams that a screening leaked at the net,and was fighting with my self if i will download it or not.my bad self win my good self,download it and when i started to watch,nick cage with a classic superman costume came and burned my tv with his heat vision.he said to me : you should not watch my movie before the official release.
and i said to him :this is not your movie,its Henry Cavills movie.
he looked at me,he said : oh,sorry then.and he flew away.damn Cage.

Just saw MAN OF STEEL...it was meh. Cavill only speaks in 2 word sentences and cant hide his accent, Jenny Olsen is an obvious rip off of Jimmy Olsen, Laurence Fishbourne turns Perry into Samuel L. Jackson, Jor-el physically abuses Lara to get her to put Kal-el in the pod. Diane Lane is more concerned with posing for the camera & looking good than anything else - think the way Bay shot Megan Fox in the first Transformers. Amy Adams has like 4 scenes yet she & supes are "love at first sight". The ending is

Superman battles aliens and after winning to save the city, loses track of Zod and faora. they're in smallville, where old sage jonathan kent bites the dust. Zod then gives Superman the opportunity to kill him, to show the world that Supes isnt' all that. The world is watching with army, media, etc - but Superman declines, tricking Zod into becoming powerless. Superman has to play it off like jonathan and martha are totally random stranger - it was a pretty good scene. For being such a fun movie, the ending was very emotional anyway - think 'Armageddon' in many ways.

Overall, Snyder made an exciting crowd pleaser.

Yeah I didn't realize Supergirl was in the film.

In some ways the screening reactions from Poni Boy sound the most legit only because they don't have unabashed praise. It's normal not to like something from the movie. That sounds more genuine then when you hear best movie of the year, etc.

Yesterday Poni Boy tweeted that there hasn't been any MOS screenings outside LA and those screening have only been for WB employees and special guests. He seems skeptical of all these other people claiming to have seen the movie and throwing around all this praise. I have to say that I agree with him about that part of it. I don't know how truthful anyone is being.
