I have to say I know its a fan film but its really bad, Superman is way too skinny and the actings so bad its actually funny. But credot to the guys for trying.

Ugly ****in thing!
I dont get projects like this. I dont give a poop about good intensions and possible good story-lines. If they're really fans cant they see how big a ridicule this is?
They should've focused on just doing a trailer, but I guess budget is just a small factor in this particular case.
Only good thing about this is the original score. It's pretty desent actually.
Otherwise this gets a bigfrom me.
Bomer didn't screentest for THIS Superman project along with Cavill, it was the first one (McG's). In the same interview where Bomer talks about Amy Adams being his reader for Lois Lane (before she was a successful actress herself), he mentions that he didn't even have time to try out for MOS this time thanks to his White Collar schedule. He also screen tested for MOS, apparently he was in the last six list of potential candidates along with Cavill.
Under consideration as a name on paper, sure, but I doubt it went beyond that since he claims he never actually tried out for it due to his White Collar schedule. And before anyone says "well he's probably just saying that to save face," he said it in the exact same interview where he admitted he DID try out for the previous film twice.I could've sworn Bomer was at least considered for MOS, along with JoeM, Matthew Goode and Armie Hammer.

Ha, true, there's always that.Well that, and Bomer actually got to play the character and wear the suit somewhat for those Toyota Commercials.
Foreign Box Office: 'Immortals' Slays 'Tintin' to Take No. 1 Slot Abroad
Opening across 35 overseas markets – including Russia, China, the U.K. and Japan -- Relativity Media’s Immortals decisively claimed the weekend’s No. 1 box office spot on the foreign theatrical circuit, grossing an estimated $37.1 million.
I thought Cavill lost the last superman project when Singer*the destroyer, came along. How could Bomer have been Ratners favorite?
Bomer was Ratner's favorite. Cavill was McG's pick.
I have heard a rumor that Routh even tried for Smallville, but Tom Welling got that role.
Anyway all three of them auditioned / were on Studio's list multiple times for Superman, that goes to show that they really wanted that role, as Routh got his chance, now it is Cavill's turn.

In better news, hearing The Man of Steel is coming together really well.

With how everything has gone so far, this is a prime case of serendipity. Out of all the various Superman productions that have come and gone, I genuinely feel like MOS has the best package thus far. It's amazing how a production like this would have never happened at all without SR.ah thanks.
Thank goodness Cavill didn't get stuck with the Returns production. The fallout to his big break would have been similar to Routh's all things being equal.
Who's the guy who said it and how does he know?
