Thanks for clarifying about Jenny!
How dark is MOS in tone? Any humorous scenes beyond the heavy stuff?
I don't remember the explanation, if there was one. Perhaps Jank does.
It's not TDK movies-dark, if you know what I mean. It does have its dark moments, though.
There are plenty of humorous scenes.t:
I've said many times in the past. These are all just words. Seeing it text is one thing, but then actually SEE it playing out before your eyes and in context is a whole different thing. At least that's what it is for me. I am no less excited to see this movie than when it was announced a few years ago.Why are some of you guys spoiling moments for yourselves?![]()
What exactly causes Krypton to explode?
Is it just the planet decaying or is it the explosion of their nearby Red Sun?
I don't need a technical answer, but does it involve some sort of machine or something? Is Superman in Zod's custody when it happens? Zod forces himself into Supes' psyche, right? If so, how? I assume Superman wouldn't just allow Zod to delve in.
Superman doesn't allow him in. It's more of a surprise for Supes when it happens.
I'm sorry, I can't remember man. I might have looked away during the explanation, because some people kept disrupting the experience by getting up and crap.
Finally thought of a good question to ask that isn't too spoilery.
How is the CG Superman? Is it very obvious when he's CG and when he's not? Is there a sufficient amount of flying/action where you definitely know it's Cavill you're looking at?
Any train slinging?
What is the most impressive thing we see superman do physically? Does he swing a train at zod, or is there any big scene with a train as hinted at in the art book?
To me, the CG was great. Yeah, there is a sufficient amount.
I do remember a train going through the sears store, can't remember how it gets there though.
There are scenes with trains, but not like in the art book where one is stuck in the side of a tower.
To me? It would have to be when he's punching the s**t out of Zod after he threatens Ma Kent.
"You think you can threaten my mother?!!"
Boy, he is PISSED after that.
Is the Wayne Logo Identical to the Nolan movies?
I had to cave in and come back. That scene sounds insane, TPC!![]()
@TPC, Do we see other as recognizable icons/brands as Superman like in Superman II (ie, Coca-Cola, Marlboro etc.)? Thanks!
To me, the CG was great. Yeah, there is a sufficient amount.

Now THAT is more American than apple pie! There are scenes with trains, but not like in the art book where one is stuck in the side of a tower.

Thanks. She comes close to it, but no.
Is this what is happening when Clark is laying down on the slab, with Zod over him?Superman doesn't allow him in. It's more of a surprise for Supes when it happens.
