I think people are making a lot of assumptions about Hal's age based on Ezra's age. Some seem to think that Ezra's casting ensures a younger Hal Jordan, but i don't know if that's necessarily the case. Maybe they'll play up the differences between Hal and Barry.

Apparently Green Lantern is already operating in space when earth is attacked by Brainiac in Justice League. GL arrives on Earth after the events of JL1 to warn the League of Darkseid's impending arrival. GL then plays a bigger role in JL2 where the team faces Darkseid.

If this is true, it suggests a GL that has been operating in space for a while. Maybe he and Barry won't be too close in age.

Yes he'd be much more suited for Deadshot than Deathstroke.

Deathstroke needs a guy in his late 60's. Ron Perlman or Stephen Lang. A tough old man.

Even the Arrow version was way way too young.
