That Batman and Robin art is pretty cool.

Maybe there is no Batsuit.

Maybe Superman really travels back in time to the 19th century to fight John Batman.

No it's no longer an Earth One title they already confirmed this in an interview a while back.

http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=47357

Despite the title change, Morrison said during the conversation that the book is indeed still part of*DC Comics' "Earth One" line, suggesting that "The Trail of Diana Prince" is perhaps a subtitle.

Grant Morrison (the man who titles and wrote the novel) disagrees with you. Grant's Wonder Woman is still also listed in DC Comics Earth One section.

A change in title does not mean it's not a part of the Earth One line.

Holy s**t really? Cannot wait for that.

Yep. DC confirmed here:

Also here's a concept of what Zod will look like in Vol 3.

I thought they confirmed he was in it, not necessarily a villain. Wasn't the guy who murdered Krypton bald, anyway? What could be Zod's motivation to murder his planet?

Is it just me or has the traffic on this forum dipped considerably in the past month? Maybe not in this particular thread, but there use to be more threads with tons of activity. I guess thats what happens when many are curled up in a ball, waiting for news of some sort to keep the hope alive. Or maybe posters are just biding their time away from the forum, so as not to make themselves angry...

When there's any rumors/actual news, that's when it gets REALLY HOT. We're in a drought so that's to be expected.

It's just, there's nothing to talk about but stuff we've been talking about and we're bored by it because that's all we talked about. We just new something. No "costume design talks" something like a suit reveal or new cast member or Batfleck talking.

For now, it's just in chill mode.

All sections on these forums have reduced traffic times. This section actually does pretty well regardless.

That being said, the looped complaining is a detraction I think.

This general thread alone has 42 parts already LOL so I think it's safe to say this forum does....pretty well.

WINTER SOLDIER Cast on BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN Showdown

“When two cars are speeding at each other,” said director Joe Russo, “one of them’s got to veer out of the way at some point. Marvel, I think, announced that date originally. If you go back, historically, Marvel and, I think, Sony have been trading off on that May date for a long time and I think when Warner Bros. decided to move that film they moved it to the May date. So, I can see where Kevin [Feige] said, ‘Well, I’m not moving off that date, so…’ I don’t think they’ll be anything to up the ante other than that, hopefully, we make a great movie and everybody’s very excited to see it.”

Co-director Anthony Russo says, "The truth is anybody up here, all we can do is just focus on making the best movie we can make. When and how it gets released, there’s other forces involved in that." Anthony Mackie, who plays The Falcon, was a bit more antagonistic, saying "In other words, ‘punks step up to get beat down!’" Samuel L. Jackson added, "At Marvel, you have heroes. And then there’s DC, where you have interesting bad guys."

Batman vs. Superman was originally scheduled to be released in 2015, but was pushed to May 6, 2016 due to a production delay. Marvel had already claimed that release date for a, then, unnamed film, now known to be Captain America 3.
Captain America 3 and Batman vs. Superman are both scheduled for theatrical release on May 6, 2016.

Who cares what they say about Superman/Batman? Who cares what the Superman/Batman guys say about Cap 3? You don't think they're gonna talk trash about each others film while promoting and uping there's? C'mon man. People don't give a **** about DC vs Marvel, they support both companies.

Remember I was at Barnes & Nobles one time in the comics graphic novels section picking up some Marvel and DC books to read. This one dude asks me "what's the difference between DC and Marvel?" He didn't seem like he knew. I mean he wasn't stupid but he didn't care who was with who and just enjoyed both. People don't care.

Also I told him Marvel has like the X-Men and Avengers and Spider-Man and DC they have Superman and Batman and Wonder Woman and the Justice League. Still WHO CARES?

Well, well............

it really is amazing how desperate they sound. it's like the kid who just hit puberty thinks he's a man because he got one hair on his balls suddenly. so lame. i hope none of them get work from warner bros.

I just got back from a screening of TWS. I now see why Marvel won't move Cap 3 away from BvS. The Russos have absolutely nailed it. I love IM1, but TWS blows it out of the water for me. Easily the best solo and maybe better than Avengers.

I couldn't care less really, it's just the arrogance that annoys me. The way they go on about saying Marvel and Sony trade off on that date, as if nobody else has the right to put their film up there too. Mackie comes across looking more tool than cool too.

When do people think we will get the pic of the Batman suit?

Someday.......

When we are wiser......

When the world's older........

When we have learned..........

*sigh*

This keeping the same date thing is so dumb. I still can't believe both parties are so immature. They're like little kids squabbling in the playground, but instead of throwing toys at each other, they throw money.

I didn't see it as anything but friendly jabs. You see no difference with sports players bigging up their own team.

What exactly are people expecting, to bow down before Batman/Superman? Marvel has a huge leg up here, which has been earned thanks their to thorough output within these past 10 years. If anything, the fact they have the balls to do this now, is a testament to faith in their work. Just five years ago this move would have been financial suicide. Now it's actually just a risky maneuver. So kudos to them. They've gone a long way.

It's up to Snyder and co. to pick up the slack and deliver on the hype. They're basically sitting on a goldmine, so even if they go head-to-head with Cap they have no one but themselves to blame if they don't make huge bank. All things considered, this is arguably THE biggest event in the genre. Doesn't matter what Marvel/Avengers have accrued. Batman/Superman should be a bigger project if they fire on all cylinders.
