The movie has been known as Batman vs Superman for so long that I wonder if it's even a good idea to change it now. If they decide to change, they had better get on with it to avoid confusing more folks.

Batman vs Superman is the best for business. They'll stick with it.

This. I honestly can't imagine them choosing a different title at this point, because anything else other than World's Finest would likely suck. No awkward title with a colon in it (e.g. Justice League: Origins) would have the primal appeal of the two most popular superheroes in one movie.

Batman. Superman. They fight at some point. It tells the audience everything they need to know. No other title has the same level of instant marketability.
