If you can't reveal things because you'd be putting a "friend" at risk at the company they work for or the like, then... Ya know... How about actually keeping your mouth shut about it and NOT teasing people about it online.

I truly find it hard to believe that you can't see how that doesn't pass the smell test at all, right?

When it comes to revealing information, I go by what the studio wants. That means being respectful of their wishes. Also you keep being aggressive; its really not needed.

Your friends are fine with you sharing things on this forum?

I respect privacy enormously. So yes, my friends know what I talk about and what I dont with other people because trust is very important to me, as well as those I am friends with.

Did you read what I wrote? If in fact you were so concerned with the studio's wishes then you'd not have brought your supposed connections up at all. Your coyness and vagueness will inevitably bring out the reactions you're getting. If not me, than from someone else. Your act just isn't that good or as sophisticated as you think it is.

Actually I dont read much of what you have to say. Sorry but it all tends to blur together and you just get angry. There are too many other members I would rather talk with.

Being privy to information and being able to provide it to people online is a completely different thing, as you should well know.

Regardless of what and if you know things. suggesting you have information while claiming that you can't reveal it is something that always goes on here and what it usually means is that they are either full of it, or they are just seeking attention. My suggestion is, if you have nothing to share, don't talk about it at all. No one wants to know if you have sources no matter how much your self esteem needs it.

You go by what the studio wants? Do you communicate with them? Or your friends give you instructions?

I know I'm asking a lot of questions and it's because anyone who spends any time on the internet knows that people make false claims. They just want their 15 minutes of fame or something. As someone who follows a big movie like this, I've seen a lot of false claims. So, skepticism comes naturally.

I leave it to the studios to share information. I share what I can, and that's all anybody can do.

Again... You got to work on that act kid. If you really didn't care you wouldn't have responded at all. Just like if you really were privy to info you weren't supposed to share you wouldn't be performing some shuck and jive act going "Oh I have so many things I could tell you all. So many scoops, but, gosh darn it, I am not supposed to tell anyone. It's such a shame." Brother man, you won't even provide a link to ACTUAL info that would bolster any of your claims. You must be intelligent enough to understand how this smells like the finest cow turd imaginable? It seems that when ever pushed on anything your go to is to say, "well this could be looked up on the internet" or "I can't reveal cuz of my connections in the industry" yet you want us to accept that the information in the "folders" that you collect (they must be from stored in the same place you keep your TAPES of Gal Gadot :whatever:) is real and not just smoke you are trying to blow up our collective sphincters?

zryson...you haven't shared anything that none of us already know! so what's the point? You can't think that people who get annoyed and accuse you of being false are somehow being irrational with hatred can you? I mean it's one thing that you share something completely new and everyone is debating on your veracity, but what you do is what any of us could do.

I think people should be skeptical. I completely agree with that. I remember the first time somebody told me I would be introduced to somebody important, I remember thinking yeah, sure. I didnt believe because I was skeptical (after all, claims are very common.) And then I met the person and better still got to sit down with them and they gladly answered all the questions I had. So yeah, if people believe they believe. Some dont. And that's okay too. Also yeah sometimes the material the studio sends out you cannot publish. Much of the material is just studio stuff and the like, autographed items, invitations to VIP parties, backstage passes, etc. Most times I dont even talk about it unless somebody nice asks because in the past I've had friends who have seen the various things then expect me to get all the same stuff for them or they get aggressive, wanting more for themselves.

I like to talk with people who care passionately about the characters and the new developments with the film. All too often though people focus upon the members and not the topic. It would nice for more focus upon that.

Guys, Lex Luthor is teaming up with Apocalypse to stop the Avengers. Trust me, my dad works for Nintendo.

lol; on another note, I think the only thing that I'm slightly depressed about this film is that we'll likely never get a superman film where the color saturation is ever presented as being "normal" in a long while at least.

I mean SR had that bad Sepia/Brownish color filter attached to it and MOS had most of its colors drained out.

Awesome Llama! I was checking out the pictures of the Man of Steel suit - it needs a new belt - its rather drab looking - the big s, then a big drop down to the weird looking belt, then another massive drop down to the boots.

Zyrson posted on cbr about how he disliked MOS and posted random articles supporting that. No disrespect but I don't think he has any legit sources

Yeah the tones in Man of Steel just added to the depressing feel of the film. Its weird, because Superman presents light and hope and they clung him in depressing overtones.

Honestly, anyone with common sense should know that if you don't have either a long history of being credible with your reports or can't even reveal something that you supposedly know of (for whatever reason), then it's best to keep it to yourself

Not sure what that has to do with what he wrote....

Are people still talking about me not liking Man of Steel? How odd. Its weird because back then people said dont post links to articles (because they hated any negative reports about Man of Steel) and then on other websites people get crabby if you dont links to articles. As for CBR, it was great in its day.

What is happening in this thread? It feels like it's been going in circles forever now. Superman! Batman! Movie magic! And not stuff about some guy's portfolio of WB stock quotes, or whatever.

Has there been any talk or rumours about making Metropolis a little more advanced in this movie? In MOS, it was just a generic metropolitan city. I want to see some true City of Tomorrow kinda stuff.

I really don't see the "washed out" thing lee. Think about the scenes on Krypton, or the Smallville battle, or the first flight scene. Go and watch them on your blu ray. Now, tell me the entire film was washed out. The two places where there is a definite washed out feel are:

The interrogation room scene.

The battle with Zod in Metropolis.

Both have their reasoning for looking as they do. The scene with Lois has the look of a sterile military facility, crappy lighting included. The battle of Metropolis looks the way it does because the Black Zero gravity beam attack has produced so much dust and debris in the air so the a pall is cast over the city, darkening the sky. Now, I aint saying that the film is as bright as other CBMs. But it's not filled with ONLY scenes that looked like they were de-saturated to within an inch of their lives either. Look at the difference between the scene of Lois and Superman in the interrogation room and the cut to them outside in the desert waiting for the arrival of the Kryptonians.

Awesome - Batman day is July 23. That means comic stores will have a stack of freebies to celebrate the occasion.
