They will have made a couple of dozen or more copies of the cowl and cape of different construction, some for action sequences, some for close up "beauty" shots. This is likely one of those. Why go to the bother of making one just for the Con, when he could just grab one off a workbench where they make them.

I was like 2 when that first came out. It's been a long time coming as a fan personally.

As an avid reader of World's Finest comics in the 60's, I've been waiting even longer.

That's kinda my point, the display was of various artists versions of the cowl.
The nameplate says Zack Snyder. And it's "inspired" by the BvS one.
It doesn't say Michael Wilkinson or the movie title.

Sorry, I don't mean to keep harping on it. It's just when language is used that I can't wrap my head around, I obsess.

Since it's likely a spare that was already made, it would cost Snyder nothing, and I doubt that he's likely to lose it or damage it or something. That's what spares are for anyway.
