I take back what I said about the Kent farm.

Now THAT is a crack house.

So the Waynes, the richest family in Gotham, worth billions, lived in a mcmansion...? Nevermind the dilapidated rundown nature of it. That's besides the point which is that it's too damn small.

This is a mansion:

That wreck up there, even in its grandest heyday, isn't in the same category.

That is, of course, assuming it is Wayne Manor, which is just speculation from a few people atm.

Hopefully the crack house is Thomas Wayne's house on the side where he'd go to to get away from Martha's nagging, and the real Wayne mansion is somewhere else.

Or Batman has a secondary Batcave under the crack house.

Most of the speculation about that is coming from a street sign. If the plot of the movie is based on street signs, then this movie would have zombies in it.

I don't buy that house being Wayne Manor. It's too small. Even the Gotham TV show has a better one (using the Schumacher films' version).

Gotham is using Schumacher's Wayne Manor?

I just might have to watch that show now.

I agree. It's too small. Maybe it's Arkham, or part of it? Or just a creepy Gotham house that some villain uses as a hideout?

Watch it. It's really great. Just ignore the canon, accept that they're going to do their thing and enjoy an elseworlds prequel of sorts. The Penguin guy steals the show.

I think it could be this. According to some people that took pics of that set, Jeremy Irons, Amy Adams, and Callan Mulvey were there and the GCPD.

Yep...

So, uh... am I only one who noticed that Wayne Manor building is used again, since like Batman Forever and Batman & Robin? Same building. Or maybe I'm crazy.

Yeah, it sounds like some bust that Bats and the GCPD make. This could very well be his introduction to the film.

Btw, have they casted Gordon, Bullock or Lucius Fox? You cant have GCPD without Gordon.

After Nolan's manor, the Schumacher manor doesnt look so grand. It's pretty simple really. I mean, i know that in real life it would be imposing and massive as all hell, but Nolan's was like the freaking Versailles.

Well, its a new Batman, new spin upon the character. This could well be one of those things that might make sense at a later date... Who knows (providing, that is Wayne Manor?)

There's no chance that's Wayne Manor. I would bet crazy amounts of cash that it's not.

The only thing they have as proof that it's Wayne Manor is that there was a trailer on the set with, "Alfred" on the door.

That thing is a shed, nothing more.

Maybe that's just one of his properties. And he stays there because of certain memories? This Batman will also be angry apparently. What could be fueling his anger? Perhaps his business isnt doing so well?

I don't think that's Wayne Manor but I don't know anyone else who would have a mansion in Gotham. Other than Hush of course but I doubt he's the second villain.

I wouldn't call it a mansion. Just a large abandoned house.

Given Snyder's comment about "exploding" the DC universe in this film, what if Lex ends up orchestrating a plan that involves "several" DC Villains (ones that don't require too much back story and that have been involved in conflicts with Superman and Batman in the comics)? So rather than just getting one or two super powered villains, Lex would assemble several villains, some being meta-humans, and others being just skilled like Batman?
