Affleck should already be given 2 Best Oscar noms for BvS on account of his performances getting gas and grocery shopping. If he does amazingly as Batman he should pick up his 3rd, if not just the 2.

Yea I don't have many figures. Got a New 52 Martian Manhunter figure & Marvel Select Spidey but I love Jae's art. I loved the first arc to Batman/Superman. So amazing and brilliant and just different. Earth New 52 Bats and Supers (who are young) facing the Earth 2 Bats and Supers who are older. It's like if you had the first JJ Star Trek with his Spock (forgot the actor's name at the moment) and Pine's Kirk in Shatner and Leonard's Kirk and Spock's world.

That first arc was awesome. The middle arcs were kind of so-so but now the new arc in Batman/Superman picks up where they left off from that first arc so that book, for me right now, is a must buy. Jae Lee's art is the type that could make me a follower of just an artist no matter what book. The Batman/Superman book has been beautiful to look at for me.

Ok dude I'll take your word for it and in that case I apologise for jumping the gun. Sorry. And like you said in your post there, a guy whose name is actually one of the films in the poll woot benefits by doing his bit to show neutrality.

I can't believe these films are happening and I think both Marvel & DC cinematic universes will be dominating the box office for the next few decades.

It would be an interesting twist but I dont see it happening because I dont think Snyder would be respected by the Academy.

Eh, I'd say there are about equal numbers of raging fan-boys/girls who are don't really count. Then there are probably equal numbers of the people who actually just like one better than the other. Theirs also the category of people who like a good movie and therefore like both and dislike both (me). I'd say there's equal numbers of both.

I love a good court case as much as anyone but this Superman saga has been dragging out for so long its like watching a tennis match between the two parties.

That's why I hope Cavill, Gadot etc put in solid performances in BvS. Especially with JL on the horizon (well 2017 at the earliest.) As for the final scenes, they might leave it open ended with some dire warning about Darkseid since I expect him to be the villain for Justice League. We still dont know if Affleck will be returning in the role for Justice League.

I'm sure there will be a Trinity scene somewhere near the end. I don't know if Cyborg and Aquaman will be involved, might be a bit early for them. I voted for you. It was only until PW pulled that Henry Cavill card that I regretted it and I will continue to regret it until the day I die.

I'd like Cavill to really improve as an actor, and give more of a solid performance. Snyder has said he (Cavill) is more comfortable in the role this time around, so that's a positive sign. As for Gadot, well alot will depend on the writing/portrayal. I hope WB get it right because if they dont, it will make the criticisms over MOS seem pale by comparison when the audience begins to review the movie.
