The more time passes, the more I wish this was a Superman solo instead. I've accepted that it isn't, but it doesn't stop me from feeling disappointed.

I still see it as Jennifer Garner called it "Superman with Batman....Whatever It Is." :o

Judging by the Daredevil casting, Superman's birth mom is cheating on Jor-El and ****ing Kingpin now. :o

Well we all saw what Superman did to Zod when he just threaten his mother. Brace yourself Kingpin. Superman is coming. :o

And to make matters worse, Superman also got owned by Daredevil in a sword fight as well.

A superman solo is just about making another comic book movie. BvS is about making film history. Am amazed anyone would prefer the former.

This forum would not even be as active if it was a straight up solo movie. And it would be pretty boring honestly.

As a huge fan of both characters, I couldn't be more thrilled.

I've been like a kid in a candy shop since July 2013.

Because they believe that it would be better for the characters and the story in the long run.

I just picked up this action figure from a local toy store that sells old toys.. I was so psyched to see this figure there, i had to get it. It's the only action figure i'll ever need. I may end up getting The Joker and Robin from the same line, but that's all i'll ever need.

When it comes to making history, I wonder if BvS will live up to the hype/expectations people have?

Nice figure! Its always cool when you see old toys at a store.

:wow:I had no idea that that was Cavill in Stardust!
Wow, I also didn't know that and I've watched this film a tonne of times (probably before he was cast).

If it lives up to people's expectations it will automatically become a hugely important part of comic film history.

Some fans I have talked with are absolutely convinced BvS will be the biggest cbm of all time. Others are on the fence, and not sure? Since there is a lot we dont know, I think it could go either way.

Z man... AGAIN: BvS, whether it's good, bad, "meh", cures cancer or ushers in the End Times will be historic (IT LITERALLY WILL MAKE HISTORY) simply by being the first live action, big screen meeting of the two most important characters in the world of comic book superheroes. It's BO take, critical response, ect. is besides the point when fans talk about it in the context of it being historic.

It was the same for all the other new (at the time) comic films that succeeded. They could have failed if execution was poor. Of course the success of this one will be unknown till it is released but it is history in the making either way as JL will be and as Avengers was.

Man...looking at it from this view the chest piece really does look like a bra.

I know they were going for more flexibility with that design, but I don't think what they ended up with aesthetically was worth it IMO...just looks like a bunch of pieces glued onto a bodysuit.

The head piece is really the only thing I ever had a problem with on the TDK suit, and that is only when it's a clear on, bright light shot, cuz it doesn't look bad in most of the atmospheric shots Wally and Chris put it in. All that said... Damn does the Fleck's suit look amazing in comparison to a person that indeed, as much as I try to roll with the changes that always happen, will at heart be a purist. It just looks like Batman more with the features and details.

When it comes to the Nolan Batman movies, I pretty much love everything about them and what he was able to create was pretty much flawless in my opinion, ranking among the very best superhero movies of all time. So I'm enormously grateful to his vision.

I just wish they would've stuck with the Begins suit for TDKT. It was near perfect

And yeah the Nolan movies are the best superhero movies ever made IMO, i have confidence that BvS will be in the same league as TDKT. Terrio has me confident

That may be a little much but to each their own.
