After Dick became Nightwing,they dropped them from being together like a bad habit for some reason.

I was strangely OK with the hints of a relationship between Batman & Batgirl.One of the episodes (Batgirl Returns,was it?) had Babs fantasizing about Bats.I always got the feeling that B:TAS Batgirl had a thing for Batman.I kinda wished they had the chance to make more out of that.(The ramifications with Gordon,Etc)

Slade walking around the Queen Household like an old friend, sweet-talking Moira (which does prove one thing; that lady is only attracted to flawed certified Badasses), talking face to face with Oliver and Sara in seemingly civil terms (epic troll moments incoming!) and hanging out as an oddly parental like figure with Thea!

Oh, and proto-Arrow and proto-Slade having tension-filled issues on the island.

Damn, this show's pace is killer!

Wow, that's bold of you Slade. Walk around the man's house and sweet talk the man's mother, younger half-sister, and protégé, well played. And the look on Oliver's face, if look's could kill Slade would be dead in less than two seconds. Also, are neither Moira or Thea the least bit nervous around the man with the freaking eyepatch?

Not as nervous as they'd be if he weren't wearing the eyepatch.

All he has to do is tell them how he saved Oliver on the island and he was thought dead. And the beauty of it is since Oliver pushed Moira away she is unlikely to listen to anything bad about Slade.

I can see it now, every time the others are out of earshot Slade will be smiling and in a low voice saying things like:

I am going to break you Oliver.
I will be sleeping with your mother soon.
I am going to kill Sara.
Maybe I will adopt Thea after the wedding.
I am going to kill Sara.
I am going to break your protege.
I am going to put out your eye.
Did I mention I am going to break you, kill Sara and sleep with your mother?

Well, let's think about this for a moment. A guy as buff as Manu Bennett, dressed to kill, with hair that nice, that eyepatch, and that voice? Probably falls under the same sexy category as Sean Connery, thus making any perceived danger level more attractive to women. And Bennett's a good enough actor his charisma and charm will probably sweep both ladies off their feet.

It also seems like a brilliant strategic move. They just faked Brother Blood's death as a cult member, and to make sure that Ollie stays off the actual trail and to parenthetically threaten Ollie's family, Slade just rings the door bell and starts talking. It also works as a great intimidation factor, because whatever Ollie thought killed Slade clearly didn't take.

I feel we may need a caption thread now to properly play out these "What's Slade saying?" games. A few suggestions:

"Who's your daddy?"
"I just finished telling her just how much work was murder where I came from, and how lucky I was a to make a killing, amirite?"
"Ollie...just so you know...I'm your mother's pirate fanatsy. Sweet dreams."
"So, we're arch-enemies and all, and I still totally want to ruin your life, but just a heads up, no fights for a month. Thea offered me a free tab at Verdant and Austrailian Soccer's on right now."
"Oliver, I'm going to kill your girlfriend, corrupt your sister into a killer, and reveal to the whole world that you're a killer. But only after your mother and I have made mad passionate love. Hey, you broke the bro code first, kid. Reap what you sow."
