So this Count Vertigo will also be peddling the drug? Also Stormare does not seem like a physical match for Ollie at all.
So does this mean he is "Seth". Because it was smacking us in the face the whole time.
Seth Gabel played The Count.
Doubtful. He doesn't match the character description at all and Seth is the guy who already played him not the guy who's taking over as Vertigo.
A well-educated criminal with grand ambitions and a knack for chemistry, this potentially recurring character gains power over his enemies by exposing them to a drug that drains their willpower.
I just don't like the idea of how much it could potentially limit the shows, and vice versa.

"Hey Guys -- I appreciate all the support and enthusiasm, but not everything I post is a cryptic indicator that I'm going to be in Batman V Superman. I'm not going to be in Batman V Superman."
Update from Stephen Amell from FB

Amell has piqued my interest on what the 3 things are he has set for SDCC outside of the Arrow panel. I'm hoping one is him unveiled as part of the Justice League movie and I'd also love an Arrow videogame announcement. I'm guessing thew other thing could be that rumoured event with Gotham and Flash.
As for the Arrow panel itself, I hope we get some scoops on the villain(s) and maybe a look at Roy and Thea's potential costumes.![]()
Stormare? Awesome.![]()
So he's a villain on the blacklist and arrow at the same time.![]()
Stormare is an excellent choice and a definite upgrade from Gabel. The guy's an actual European, for one thing, and he's just as hammy but more sincerely sinister and disturbing, kind of like Nicholas Cage's anti-matter duplicate. The guy's magnetic and intimidating, a perfect mix for a badguy like Count Vertigo.
Though, let's do a quick tally for replaced characters: Wintergreen for Slade, Sara for Laurel, Vertigo for The Count. Anyone else?
