For the ARROW fans in the Kentucky area.....Manu Bennett will be one of the many guests at the Lexington ComicCon http://lexingtoncomiccon.com/

That's sweet, wish I was in the area, I am gonna be at the Portland con though which Amell will be at so I'm looking forward to that, gonna be the first time that I've actually been able to make it to a con.

I've been to a bunch of cons over the years, and the guys who put this one on do a great job....I just don't know if I will have the money for this one :(

Would be great if the Arrow cast could come to FanExpo Vancouver 2015 since they do film in Vancouver after all

Apparently, when Greg Berlanti struck a deal with DC Entertainment to develop a Supergirl television series for CBS, he did so with forward-thinking in mind. Berlanti reportedly has it written in his contract that Supergirl can appear on Arrow and/or The Flash.

I'm not a big Supergirl fan myself. Too overpowered just like Superman. Heck I like Lex Luthor more than I like either Superman or Supergirl to be honest.

She not that overpowered compared the likes of captain atom and speed force

Either way, it's a bigger universe if they can crossover. I trust the Arrow writers by this point that, if it's not going to work, they aren't going to do it.

Am I the only jonesing for some new Arrow episodes?

We'd normally be on the same page, but because this season has been so subpar, I don't miss the show as much as I did last year or the year before.

I recently watched Heir to the Demon and the quality difference between that and season 3 is rather disappointing. I'm cautiously holding out hope for a better second half.

Outside of the Felicity episode I think the season has been good. Ya the season storyline had been weak for a stretch there but that's only because it was basically "Trail has gone cold on Sara's killer" which they were obviously just buying time for the episode before the break.

I am sure the second half is stronger like most show are......just because it not fast pace first half does not mean it is bad.

...and the Cupid episode...

I actually like the Cupid episode. Hell I loved Guilty and Corto Maltese as well. I didn't have a problem with the 1st half.

To me this seasons first half has been reminiscent of every other on Arrow. Setting the story lines in the first eight, the first year it was all about the list and the following was brother blood. In the ninth reveal the big bad Malcom, Slade, Ra's. I think the big difference from previous years is everyone knew who the big bad was gonna be. I think that brought of anticipation that turned into frustration. It's like driving to work in the morning and being stuck behind someone slow.

In my opinion this has been one of the better first halves. Lots of great episodes starting with the Calm, the Magician, the crossover, and the climb. I'm as excited for the second half as I've ever been. I really wanna see how this power vacuum plays out on the streets of Starling. Without Oliver I think Arsenal would of been dead ten times over already. Diggle's got a family now, I'm curious to how he can justify putting his life on the line night after night. There's Laurel, who's done the vigilante thing and that didn't go over to well. Finally Ray, who is the most promising to take up Oliver's mantle as the baddest man in the city. But the guy is so nice and when the tech fails. What other skills can he count on?

Nah, that one was good. I also really liked Corto Maltese.

Really? I thought it was the worst Arrow episode I've seen. So silly, badly written and full of cliches, and ultimately cringe-worthy...

I think the show found it hard to come back from such a strong villain presence and build up to Deathstroke. Very difficult to top what essentially started from Season 1.

I also found that the Ras introduction was a little sub-par and perhaps later into the season than what I would have liked. His return appearance, however, was exactly what it needed to be and I'm glad the mid season finale ended the way it did.

I'm anticipating the return of the show, but it's lost just a fraction of the "OMG my life is ruined without a new episode of Arrow" lustre that it had on me in season 1 and 2.

Perhaps the show has seen too many changes all at once so it's had to reshape what was so successful.

I thought the first group of episodes were quite good. But it's hard to compare my level of anticipation since I watched the first season on Netflix and streamed the first half of the second season (coming in a little after it resumed from Winter Break). This is the first mid-season break I've had to deal with on the show. Compared to shows in the past, I guess I'm handling it pretty well, but I think television viewing makes up a smaller portion of my life now.

Really, I'm just curious to see how the show will handle Ollie's absence. But I'm not desperately wondering what happens to him. We'll find that out when we find it out.
