Yyyup. I can absolutely see Huntress begging Ollie to kill her in a very dramatic rainy fight right after Wesley got tortured half to deat- wait.

That would be good IMO. I would like to see her eventually help out the team in certain stories or episodes. I wouldn't be averse to her becoming part of the main cast either if I am being honest. I like the character and would to see her character develop. I think if they did "Birds of Prey" either as a few episodesthing like they did with the Suicide Squad or if they made it into a show with her and Laurel and someone else then it would have the potential to be great IMO.

It sounds like they should of just picked a different character to adapt or made one up because it doesn't seem like the character will be anything like his comic counterpart.

Many fans have wondered when Oliver Queen's son would appear on Arrow. The young boy, who is presumed to be Connor Hawke, was first referenced in late Season 2, but hasn't featured at all since. Fans of the character's hopes were dashed last month, when showrunner Marc Guggenheim responded to a fan asking whether that story would be revisited with a blunt "No." However, it seems star Stephen Amell, disagrees. A proud father himself, Amell cited his own personal connection to the story arc as the main reason why he would like to see it featured on the show.




“Me personally being a dad, I would love to see how Oliver interacts with having a kid. Now obviously, it would be a different experience from that experience, but I think that that storyline deserves further attention. One of the big tenets of Greg Berlanti is you don’t introduce something to the audience and you don’t tease it if you are not going to follow through with it in some way, shape or form. So I think it’s a safe bet that Oliver will find out about his child at some point.”

It wasn’t a narrative goof. The only language that we’ve really show Oliver have an affinity for is Russian.

Sigh... I don't get their casting decisions. It's like they are throwing darts at a wall filled with portraits of random actors. So Brick, who's undeniably portrait as a black person in the comics, gets played by a white actor. Now a character who's a fricking Nazi, gets played by a black actor.

Here's something the series should probably address: Oliver's feelings for Laurel. He claimed that it was his memories of her that gave him the strength to keep going while he was away, but she's become less and less important to him with every passing year.

Here's something the series should probably address: Oliver's feelings for Laurel. He claimed that it was his memories of her that gave him the strength to keep going while he was away, but she's become less and less important to him with every passing year.

They will probably get back to that eventually but he has great chemistry with Felicity and their relationship grew organically (I don't think it was something the writers originally had planned) and a lot of people like them together so it seems that they are going to milk it for all its worth before they have Oliver getting back to Laurel.

Oliver has 2 years to master russian, fly a plane, master multiple fighting skills like judo and all that, use bow and arrow as his signature weapon, knowledge of technology and hacking and his motive for returning to Starling

I'm not saying that Oliver and Laurel need to get together in the present. What I'm saying is that Oliver - the one we've been following in the flashbacks - needs to express at least some interest in reuniting with Laurel. She's become less and less important to him as the flashbacks have gone on, and that's inconsistent with what we were lead to believe in season one (and maybe two). His relationship with Felicity in the present shouldn't be affecting his feelings for Laurel in the past.

The writers have made sure to retcon that stuff.

Nothing new. They changed Sin from an Asian child who was being groomed to be the next Lady Shiva to a white street kid Sara takes under her wing.

Even though I care less since this is a very minor character, choosing the best actor for roles is totally great but not when they are suppose to be a nazi. And just because it isn't the comics doesn't mean it is free range. I don't see them choosing the best actor for the bigger more iconic roles.
