the cleft chin is so superheroic. that show Fairly Oddparents recognized this. Two characters on the show were a parody of superheroes. They were the Crimson Chin, and Cleft, the boy chin wonder.

They were from the city of Chincinnati :D

Coincidentally, when you Google "Cleft Chin," Ben Affleck's face is a top image search result.

After seeing all this Congo stuff Ben's been talking about, I would really love to see a more political Wayne. He fits it so well.

Indeed. I hope they completely ditch the 'frivolous playboy' act and opt for a real side to Bruce.

^that photo always makes me feel sorry for Val.

^I guess if you put it that way...but he just looks pathetic sitting there with dirty dishes in the foreground and that grinning, chubby face.

I thought before Nolan trilogy that Kilmer was just as good as Keaton at bein Batman. Just wasn't the best Bruce Wayne.

Kilmer really doesn't have anyone to blame but himself for his career trajectory. Have you guys ever read about the crap he pulled while they were filming The Island of Dr. Moreau? Granted, production on that movie was a mess for a variety of reasons, but Kilmer's behavior didn't help. Apparently he was an ass to work with on Batman Forever too.

Ol' Joel seemed so relieved to have gotten rid of him when Clooney replaced him.

Val does seem like he was an arrogant guy back in the day. I could see him being pretty true to his Iceman character:-)

I met one of the directors he worked with. Val was apparently always hopped on drugs, hid in his trailer, threw an emotional fit, then kicked the director in the nuts whilst wearing steel toe boots. He then ran around carelessly, nearly falling off of a cliff, only to have the director grab him and pull him to safety at the last minute. The producer then went to the director and said "You should have let him fall. We'd have made more money."

"Val Kilmer is the devil." were the words said director chose to describe him.

This was in 2008.

Sounds like he took his role as Jim Morrison too seriously lol.

i still think that..Well. Not exactly. Kilmer was close to the same quality as Keaton, very close. Both were great as Batman.

I also thought Kilmer made a good Bruce Wayne.

I actually really like Batman Forever.:BA
