I think if we see the Batcave, that it'll look like the BTAS and AA cave.

Those Nolan caves/bunkers were horrible. I liked the Burton and Schumacher caves, though.

Disagree. The Batcave in TDKR didn't have all the bells and whistles like a T-Rex or a giant penny, but it was still beautiful. Simple, but beautiful. There was something very elegant and sophisticated about it. It also felt quite natural, with the earthy tones and the waterfall. I hope they don't sacrifice that for a completely industrial-ish cave.

It was literally a raised black platform in the middle of a puddle. :funny:

Easily the worst "batcave" I've ever witnessed, in spite of the nifty hidden compartments.

yeah i had high hopes for the tdkr batcave, what a disappointment... he dropped the ball on the batcave every time.

i don't think snyder's batcave will disappoint

Yep the Batcave is also a great way to show off some DC related Easter eggs, more particularly so Batman east eggs obviously. And since in this film we know he's been Batman for a long while already, would be cool to see some displays in the cave perhaps of some of his famous villains items. Or old partners costumes :cwink:

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I suppose. I don't want an overstuffed Batcave either tho. A balance between TDKR and the comics would be swell.

Too much:

Just right:

the batcaves in the 90s movies were more in the right direction. the batcave should be pretty huge imo.

The origins batcave was nice.

Jason's costume, a massive batcomputer, a couple of levels, a batwing, a batmobile. also the actual cave should be huge. i liked the size of the burton batcave. and the btas batcave was pretty beautiful as well.

weren't there rumors of wayne having a place in metropolis with a mini batcave? that would be extremely disappointing if we got that and not the actual batcave.

with that said, if we do get a snyder batcave, I fully expect it to be a visual masterpiece.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had a smaller base in Metropolis - it would make sense, just like the one he had in the Arkham Asylum game - but I still expect to see a full fledged Batcave in Gotham. With how they want Batman's portrayal to be very comic-like it's logical.

This is a small part of the Batcave, Batdude is known for having his cave stuffed
Even in Arkham Origins what we saw is merely a part of the cave, we weren't given access to the full cave
The batcave is a massive base of operation, chances are we won't see even half the Batfleck cave in the movie, it's expensive

Begins/TDKR cave made sense, and was beautiful. I just wished we saw more of an upgrade of the foundation area that we saw him build the suit in during Begins.

TDK bunker was also awesome and a nice change of scenery.

Call me crazy but I do want a fully decked out Batcave. F**** realism. I want Snyder to go bat s**** crazy with the Batmobiles, and the gadgets, and the cool bat stuff. Nolan gave us the sober version of that, now let's get something completely different.

I'm down. This Bats has been at it for a long time. The cave should show that.

That's what I want from the new Batman series in general. We got the gritty version of the character, let's see the fantastical version.

Nolan is great but I don't like repeats so of course I want a more fantasy based Batman. I mean Batman is interacting with a freakin Alien so of course they should bring on the fantasy.

Ehhh, it was boring and unimaginative.
It's about making sense. It's a batcave in its most simple form. And i actually loved the look of it in Rises. Fantastic. But, i want something more fancy like what we got in Shumacher's movies.

I dont want it to be too over the top and stuffed, keep it simple, but still have that fancier look with the different suits lined up. More futuristic.

I dont care about the giant penny and the T-Rex, im actually not much of a fan of that stuff. I find it's a little corny.

I would like something like the Arkham City Batcave.

Not too big but not too small. Feels like it's in one area while having the feel of the Batcave.

Yeah. Snyder won't disappoint.

I loved how Nolan's batcave had a nice entrance and then you see this earthy cave, huge waterfall and this platform rises up. He has his computers and his suit in a glass case. A good spot for The Bat, and that's it. All the essentials in what a batcave really needs. It was perfect.

But for this universe, you have a more futuristic world. Batman has been active for 15 to 20 years straight. The cave would have evolved constantly. The space should be big, the gadgets, the whole look should be closer to the Arkham games or the Shumacher cave without getting too exaggerated.

Nolan was all about stripping everything down to its basics. Which is not the case here.

It must have a giant penny or T-Rex. Would prefer both but I'll accept one or the other.

Why does there have to be a penny or t-rex? For traditions sake? Who cares. Just be its own thing. I dont mind the easter eggs. If they have that stuff then fine, but i prefer a cave without that stuff.

It's no deal breaker.

But, the giant penny... and the T-Rex. You can't leave out Rexy.
