I've always wondered what a Batfilm would be like if he was like the killer in a slasher horror film.

It won’t be for a while, but I’d like a filmmaker to really explore the duality of the character and genuinely present Bruce Wayne and Batman as two different entities. Even in the sense that to the uninitiated, they wouldn’t just presume Bruce is under the mask.

And yes, presenting Batman as the boogeyman or “serial killer” of the story would be an astonishingly refreshing take on the mythos. They should keep that guise for as long as they can. It would be a huge distinguishing factor compared to other heroes.
