This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]488461[/split]
A "great" movie? I do enjoy the movie sometimes, it's fun. But i can separate myself from a film, and judge it as that, whether i enjoyed it or not. It's a bad movie no doubt about it, with entertaining bits. Rises is a good film but it's not great/perfect because of some editing issues, and the odd plot-hole (most of which don't exist as fans like to claim, but there's a couple for sure). But i love that movie. Doesn't mean it's perfect.Batman Forever is a great movie. The Bruce/Dick stuff was awesome. And if Two Face was a bit more serious and more like the comics, the movie would be perfect.
i love Schumachers Batman movies
Yeah i shouldn't say "bad", since that would be more B & R, Green Lantern, Spider-Man 3. But it's a mediocre film at best. There's no way it's anything more than that as a movie. But it's entertaining when you're in the mood for pure popcorn. B & R is just a terrible movie, and im sure a select few could find genuine entertainment from it when alone and sober. But that's another question since taste is subjective obviously.I would say that BF is a mediocre movie and a bad Batman movie. B&R is terrible in both categories.
I'd take Batman Forever over Batman Returns any day of the week.

I'm pretty confident we'll get exactly that.If it hits higher on the flashy chart than Nolan, but lower on the wacky meter than the others, it'll be golden.
I wouldn't.I'd take Batman Forever over Batman Returns any day of the week.
I haven't liked any Batman movies that much until Nolan.
So, there it is. Feel free to throw rocks at me, folks.
Even with Nolan, there were still things missing IMO. Very eager to see how this batman stacks up against the rest.

The movie would have been quite good if they added in certain deleted scenes and toned down the silliness. Starting the film with Two-Face's escape from Arkham would've been better, as well as using the original sequencing. But alas.Batman Forever has a decently comics accurate Robin. That alone makes me love the **** outta the movie
Rumors began to circulate Monday that Affleck would not be filming his role in or around Deming. One Facebook post indicated that he would be coming to Deming, but under a shroud of secrecy and more confidentiality agreements.
The Warner Bros. Pictures' project originally had scheduled shooting in Africa, but that plan was changed due to the Ebola outbreak in the western half of the continent. Southwestern New Mexico's Chihuahuan Desert closely resembles the landscape that would have been filmed in Africa.
Wellie well well. Hmm....
This tells me he's there.
