is there a way to view your subscriptions differently? ie: all my subscriptions are shown at once, even if there isn't a new post in it.

is there a way that only "updated" subscriptions are shown and then you can click something like "show all subscriptions" if you want to see older or non-updated ones?

Click on User CP at the top, toward the left. That's what I use and it shows all of the threads that I am subscribed to that have had new posts since my last visit.

I have actually been wondering how other people look at the Hype!
I always go to User CP first, and if/when there is nothing going on there with my "subscriptions," I will check New Posts.
Does anyone do it differently?

Wouldn't bigger avatars add to the lag?

couldn't this be implemented in different ways

for example, the old fan art contests used to give away actual prizes, what about if a prize now was a bigger avatar

*something like 125x125 (kb staying the same or not?)
or
*increase in kb size?

yeah i do that, and i went to CP right after I posted that and felt semi-stupid

It does what I asked, but some threads still stay up there even if i'm the last poster. I guess it doesn't really bug me as much as I thought it would

The only time it bugs me is when I am on my iPhone. I hate when there are like 15 threads, I look at them all and then on the last one, Safari crashes. When I get back on, the Hype! acts like I wasn't here and all of the threads are "unread." It's just an unnecessary hassle.
I would prefer it if the thread disappeared from my USER CP once I read it, then reappeared if there was a new post. But it's a small gripe.

sorry my mind is a bit spaced. spent sat nite in the hospital didn't wake up til about 1pm today thanks to something they put in the iv's.
and i've been up since and have to work at 4am

maybe a letter/space increase for custom titles?

So I just looked at the 1st page but we are keeping post counts right? Just to be clear. I really enjoy seeing how many i have and my average. It's like stats in a video game.

We wouldn't get rid of them regardless--almost everything here is based around them. At WORST, we'd have it set up so that you had to see your profile page to see a post count, and I don't see that happening.

Well thats good, I rather enjoy what i call in-game stats. Just makes the Hype more of an experience.

Is he really that missed? He never brought that much to the boards if i'm honest.

Thats just my opinion but if he's allowed back why not bring back all other banned users. If not the mods are just playing favorites. That said i'm not sure what he was banned for whether it was worth a banning.
