Is there an option as to where posters can turn off their ability to see avatars, or can we turn off that ability for that matter.

But, seriously, it offended multiple folks. So, he was asked to remove it - not forced. Regardless, it was pretty obvious that the avatar had two characters (albeit robots ) were engaging in some type of mechanical, sexual intercourse.

But that's it, they're ****ing robots (literally). I mean, I wish whoever complained about this, I'm guessing Pickles because Spoons can't keep his woman in check would come over here and explain themselves. I mean, if we could see robot nipple or penis, then yeah, I can see a case being made. This is ridiculous beyond words. And before you go there, this is more than just one person's avy, as I'll provide in the second part of this post.

So this is a case of a couple of bad apples spoiling it for the bunch. Again, I have to argue semantics here. It really doesn't matter if he was ASKED to change it and not told to and how nicely it was, when a moderator asks you to do something, what are you supposed to do? Do you tell your boss at work when he asks you "Hey can you throw away the garbage, do you mind?" No? No, you don't because when someone in position of power "ASKS" you to do something, 9/10 times, you're going to feel obligated to do it. Was Wompum going to say no to that request? Of course not, because Wompum doesn't want to cause problems. Thankfully, he has an e-friend that will do it for him. What exactly happens if Wompum decides to bring the avatar back? Is he able to do so?

Where do we draw the line at what is offensive and isn't offensive. If we make a poll, people who found that avatar offensive would be in dramatic minority, like Men's Wearhouse, I guarantee it. Why should we have to cater to a few when it comes to these issues? I do not understand this logic. I'm fully prepared to be swept aside and called over dramatic and have crap being talked about me in the washroom, but seriously, Wompum is harmless, I really can't believe we've stooped to this level.
