I don't think I have to tell you, but exercising with a diet like that is a fool's errand. I can't lift weights and feel good if my diet is pizza and fries. I actually have a sensitive stomach, and grease is precisely what I avoid before the gym. This doesn't just apply to food, but basically when I find something I like, I stick with it for a very long time and never want to change. Like for the past year, I've pretty much eaten either French Fries or Pizza everyday. Not to mention, most days I only eat one meal a day and snack a lot.
But ever since I started working, I've barely been eating because the options out there are very limited since I don't have a car and I get home too late to really eat a full meal and properly digest before its time. I'm already skinny, but I lost about 5-10 pounds in the past month, and now I'm looking to start a good diet and exercise regimen, but whenever I'm presented with new things to try, my mind shuts down everything and I can't even eat it if I wanted to.
Your body will need fuel, not junk.
Refusing to eat new things even when you're starving is something serious, and probably requires professional intervention to help kick.
