Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Stan Lee turned out to be a little bit of a jack-ass (90 something year old rich white guy... he's probably stuck in the past), but there's something fishy about this.

I never had much respect for Stan Lee as a creator. I love what he did as an ambassador for the medium on college campuses during the 1970s, but this most recent news item jives with the icky feeling you get from him once you learn about Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko and how they really felt about him.

Looking at the facts of every situation, of course there is. But it's really hard to discern people's intentions in these situations. A woman could swear up and down that the guy took advantage of her drunkenness without it being true. It's a messy thing and impossible to "regulate".
