For those of you curious about who exactly Ted Grant is, Arrow Season 3 Episode 6 will finally provide some answers.

On tonight’s outing, a murder charge against Grant (who comic book fans know as Wildcat) will prompt Laurel to help him figure out his innocence, along with who’s behind framing Grant.

With Laurel potentially taking over her deceased sister’s role as Black Canary, she’s been working hard to get into shape with Grant’s help - but how will Oliver react when he finds out about her training? Will a little bit of jealousy come into play?

I jumped on the phone yesterday with actor JR Ramirez, who is very excited for fans to see this week’s episode since it sheds more light on the character. But did Ramirez like the physicality of the show? Let’s find out…

I guess they had to release that after that photo of her double was posted. :funny: It's a whole lot more conservative and tactical. I hope it evolves a bit. I like the first pic a whole lot more.

The wigs a bit weird, but I like it.

I'll admit that I actually quite like the costume. It's a nice design. But she's suiting up already, this is rushed as all Hell. Even more than I expected it to be, ugh.

I really like it, but it needs more yellow hopefully someone can manip that in please. It's way too soon for this to be happening, hopefully there is a time skip or something.

Yeah. I'm not really opposed to Laurel becoming BC (I do REALLY wish that Sara's death hadn't been handled so godawfully though), but this is WAY too quickly. She should be suiting up at the end of this season, at the earliest. Preferably next season.
"Hey viewers, you remember how Oliver and Sara had to go through Hell for fives years, and be trained by some of the biggest badasses on the planet, to get where they are. Remember how Diggle is ex-Special Forces, which explains his badassery. Yeah well forget all of that because Roy and Laurel can become costumed badasses after only a few episodes of mostly-offscreen training."

So
they kinda went backwards on this huh?
Sara's costume was so much closer to the traditional comic look
now Laurel's is your standard black catsuit with a few useless buckles sewn on...
mehh

I can only imagine crying and whining John Campea is going to be doing tonight. on arrow after show.

Anyone can suit up at anytime, doesn't mean they are great at fighting. In that aspect i don't think it is to soon since Laurel will need skill and suiting up doesn't give it to her magically.

She suits up after a couple of boxing lessons ? Jeez

It depends on how you define “journey.” What Laurel is going to discover is that being a hero is more than wearing a mask and that wearing a mask and costume does not a hero make. It’s not going to be an easy road for Laurel no matter how quickly she suits up.”

I'm so glad it's not just a copy and paste of Sara's look.

I dig the costume. It's evocative of Sara's, yet different enough that it lets Laurel build her own identity.

I've been waiting for Laurel's destiny to arrive since the start of the series, so Episode 10 can't get here fast enough for me.
