Clara is a bit bland. Its a shame because Oswin was awesome. Since The Name of the Doctor she has been a bit better because I'm pretending she remembers her other lives but I dont even know if that's true. She needs to go crazy and have an arc that is completely unrelated to the Doctor. Like a new bf or something maybe more interesting than that.
She should get arrested for something she did in another life or meet someone she knew. Or even run into another Clara, a bad one.
So Capaldi's schedule as we know it has
-The Musketeers
-Padding Bear
-Maleficent
Not really enough to interfere in the future but I wonder if he might be a victim of scheduling someday.
I watched my first Tom Baker clip on Youtube the other day (well, it probably wasn't my first, but I'll actually remember this one) and there was something about him that was very eye-catching and appealing. Hopefully I'll get around to watching some classic serials starring the Fourth Doctor
Here's two more clips for you:
From what I've seen, I find it kinda hard to watch the classic stuff. A lot of the staging and camera angles suggest that some of the directors who worked on the show largely worked in theatre, and the last five seconds of that last clip could have been straight out of a pantomime. I'm sure the stories are good but New Who is way more appealing to watch IMO
Thanks! So is changing bodies something he does often? He absorbed all the radiation or knowledge (whichever it was) from her that would've otherwise killed her, I think. It's been several years but he basically had to save her life by "dying" himself taking in everything she had from the TARDIS.

Interesting...thanks for the info! He's only got about a dozen lives, so he does that rarely. Christopher Eccleston plays the 9th or 10th body the Doctor's used up. It usually happens every few seasons.
