Does anyone know who the real Producers on this film are btw? I mean the people who have actually been working on the film and aren't just a name that has been attached but who have had nothing else to do with production (like with Vaughn). I'm just asking as Kinberg seems to be the one that we talk about a lot but he was only brought on about 6 months before filming start so I'm wondering who was making the decisions before that. Someone had to be incharge to make decisions like that they would use OTOY.

Well I don't buy any rumors because 99% turn out to be false. Sometimes studios themselves churn out false rumors just to keep the conversation going. All publicity is good publicity in the eyes of studios.

No offense to coolmovies, but there were couple of "insiders" saying bad things about DOFP on X-Men forums months before the release and pretty much everything they said ended up being untrue.

Well but it's nice there's something to talk about since it's quiet again at the official promotion front. Wonder when trailer 2 is coming.

Even DoFP had Beast in human form for most of the film. At some point, it isn't practical capturing the performance when the actor is carrying all that stuff on him. Then you look at a film like Planet of the Apes and you wonder. But if Ben isn't Thing throughout, it's clearly a plot to save costs, and not the first time Fox tried to pull a fast one on the fans.

I'll bet that's exactly it.

Josh was director in name only on this movie when it was shooting from May-August. You can figure out who actually was directing.

He was in charge of the reshoots though.

From actual crew members mouths-Trank was a bit of a lunatic on set last summer. I don't know where you're getting your info from, but I stand behind the info I've heard.

DaHell is not wrong, it has been pointed out not just people in this forum but elsewhere. That this film is far more faithful to the comics that many fans give credit. If you choose keep your hate blinders on, then so be it.

Me too. I lol'd a bit seeing him in that shot. More Doom-like than anything we've seen so far from Fox and nothing tells me we'll see anything close in Trank's FF.
